Narita International Airport is either a 40-minute bus ride away from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station, or 60-minutes by train. Super helpful, friendly and patient with tourist. Easy walk to train station and in the hotel there is a convenience store full of essentials and treats. Which was great for when we arrived late at night!

Offering spacious rooms with ocean or Disney Resort views, it features 5 restaurants and indoor and outdoor pools. Front desk was very responsive! They upgraded my stay, kept me informed of shuttle timings, gave me access to the garden pool and also helped me with luggage storage until departure. The staff also guided us how to get some shopping done on the flday of departure, using their free shuttle to and from Maihama statation where there’s a mall.

This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space. The hotel has a children's playground and a hot spring bath. Absolutely love how child-friendly the hotel is. My children (3&1) loved the baby room with the toy kitchen, and the floor we were on had a small play space by the elevator, the wonderful play area inside and outside is fantastic and the buffet included children’s food & baby food. Just spectacular! My eldest experienced onsen for the first time and it was so spacious and easy for him to get around, he loved it! Me and hubby also loved the lounge evening drinks & snacks (which included sweets for the children - amazing) Thank you to the staff who spoke English for my check in!
