Luxury, nice staffs

Well located to shops and main areas in Osaka. Staff extremely helpful and provided an outstanding service.

About a 5–10-minute walk from the nearby major transport hub Umeda. I can only recommend booking an outward facing room on the upper floors. The view over the city is simply stunning. Other than that, it has what you expect from any APA hotel - a small, but very functional room, perfect for a short city trip or a stay between day trips to the surrounding area of Osaka. The resort facilities are great too. You can check the occupation of the spa from your TV and there is even a Lawson konbini within the hotel.

Nice facilities specially for family like pool, hot tub, and play room, loved luxury touch everywhere, basilico Italian restaurant was a highlight too

Great compact apartment with all the necessary amenities. The washing machine is a luxury. In a prime location for getting around and seeing what osaka has to offer.

Fantastic room finish and luxury

After staying in smaller rooms before and after Osaka, this luxury hotel was such a dream stay for us. We couldn’t have had any better accomodation for ease of access to enjoy Universal Studios. Could not recommend highly enough. Just metres away from the train station on foot to the Hotel. Gorgeous view over the city and water. Terrific shops and food (including good coffee - Tully’s) just nearby. It was honestly perfect!

Great great hospitality - fantastic large rooms with river & city view. Old school luxury and attentiveness, partner enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly. Much better check in & check out times compared to airbnb properties are doing these days.

The spa resort was very nice and the design of the main lobby.
