Das Neptune Mara Rianta luxury Camp liegt im Norden der Masai Mara. Dieses luxuriöse Camp mit Blick auf den Fluss Mara ist von Wildtieren umgeben. I can say that my expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and most of them have been working from the time the Camp was established and I believe that says a lot about the workplace. The tents are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail. Got woken up with hot tea everyday for early safari drivers and meals were packed accordingly. There was extra attention to my meal preference although it is from a set menu. Lunches by the lake were special. The best of all were my game drives with the guide - Daniel. I got to see all the animals on the first day itself and it was surreal, he was patient and flexible. Had a best massages at the spa. One of the afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool. A huge shout out to Daniel, Robert, Elphas, Sharon and Rose(masseuse). It was truly a different world and the best kind! As a solo traveller, I felt so safe and well taken care of and this is one of the best stays I have every had. I travel quite and bit and felt the customer service here was outstanding.

The attention to every detail, huge rooms, very fragrant, furnished with great taste and in African style. In cheap hotels it is almost impossible to find the African style that I love so much, while instead in their cottages I found it! It is beautiful, the food is excellent, the staff spectacular, the wifi works very well but the beauty and care of the restaurant, garden, rooms. shower with excellent jet, a confetti, a bomboniera, a little jewel. Die Unterkunft OLOIRIEN HOTEL & RESORT hat einen Außenpool, einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge und ein Restaurant in Narok. We stayed over a weekend, Friday to Sunday as we had a family event on the Saturday. We found a wonderful room and a great bar with a wide range of food. More importantly though what made it a good weekend was the amazing friendliness and willingness to help of the staff from the most senior (the owner David) through his management team down to the waiters and bar staff. Even to the extent of supplying a car and driver at very reasonable rates. If all customers get that level of service then I don't see how anyone could complain. We are seriously going back later this year. Possibly twice if plans come to fruition I would highly recommend it to anyone.
