Siisti, sopivan pieni ja puhdas kokonaisuus. Lämmin suihku. Wi-Fi ja ilmastointi toimivat hyvin. Mukavan tuntuiset lakanat, sänky ja tyynyt. Huoneen sai verhoilla pimeäksi. Ei ötököitä huoneessa. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Söimme mm. Kurpitsakeittoa ja Sri Lankalaiseen tapaan kana cyrry riisiä, jonka valmistaminen vei tunnin, mutta kävimme suihkussa ja palasimme ravintolaan tunnin kuluttua ruoka oli valmista ja todella hyvää. Aamiainen oli hyvin runsas sekä monipuolinen ja lisäksi oli mukava maistella maukasta Sri Lankalaista aamiaista. Viimeisenä aamuna saimme mukaan aamiasboxin, koska lähdimme aikaisin. Olin jo kertaalleen perunut tämän hotellin, mutta onneksi päädyin valitsemaan tämän.

It was a great pleasure spending time in the wonderful hotel. The service, the food the ATMOSPHERE, THE KIND PEOPLE, were SIMPLY PERFECT!

We considered kidnapping some staff, especially the chef but due to luggage constraints we'll have to come back with an empty suitcase for that. All jokes aside, our stay at the Sigiriya Forest Edge resort was nothing less than supreme! Everyone on the staff was super friendly they really go the extra mile and have a good knowledge of English. Especially Sajeewa from the restaurant was always ready with a big smile and good advice. I also whant to add that didn’t find a single dish during our stay that wasn’t excellent (hence our plan to kidnap the chef)!

Everything you need: a/c; comfy beds with mosquito nets, hot water, great price; can arrange good price safari to Hurulu eco park, it was very very good safari! Managers brother cooked best local breakfast. The best we had during 10days in Sri Lanka! It is so peaceful in there, morning sounds of jungle. Saw couple wild animals in yard in the morning. The pool! And such good hearts of the manager. Thank you for your help, for a clean comfy stay. 🙏🙏🙏

Located in Sigiriya, 1.9 km from Pidurangala Rock, Sigiriya King's Resort provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Super super nice staff, very cute and very attentive to whatever needs, almost too much so! It was the best place and I am sure there is no better place to stay in Sigiraya, would be hard to imagine a better place m. Amazing views of both rocks, would recommend only one rock hike and spend time relaxing at this great hotel

Set in Sigiriya, 2.2 km from Sigiriya Rock, Chena Huts Eco Resort offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. While the location was outside of the area for most of the town’s amenities, its relative isolation meant for a quiet, more peaceful stay. Also saw some (harmless) wildlife near the huts: peacocks and peahens, other colorful birds, lizards, frogs etc. The staff was flexible and accommodating; if I ever return to Sigiriya, I will plan to return to Chena Huts.

Set within 2 km from Anayirangal Dam and 3.6 km of Sigiriya Rock, Sigiri Mango Garden Eco Resort in Sigiriya has a number of amenities including a garden. It was a beautiful place and so welcoming. Everyone was so kind and the food was some of the best I had during my entire stay in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend it and would revisit in a heart beat. Be sure to buy dinner there too it was amazing.

Located in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock, girilena resort provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The resort is in a secluded place, quiet and tranquil. It's managed by a small family and the host has made sure everything to make our trip comfortable. There are a couple of swings for kids to play, a tree house to rent and a lot of trees that bring fresh air. The rooms are clean. The linens are fresh. The breakfast was awesome! The host has cooked us breakfast with fresh organic vegetables. Don't miss the pancakes!!!
