Staff: Very understanding, helpful with directions and the room service was impeccable. Facilities: The spa service was well priced and thorough. The breakfasts ample and delicious and the restaurant's food was top notch. I give them the highest recommendation.

On arrival at the hotel we were met by our host who welcomed us to our beautiful room with crisp white linnens and modern decor. The room was well kitted out and bonus of a great hairdryer. Breakfast was simple local foods of fruit, yoghurt and a selection of breads, honey, cheese and preserves. A good supply of coffee and fresh juice also. Our host was so genuinely lovely, super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The riad is in the middle of a small market area so lots of hustle and bustle on the short walk to the main areas of Kasbah and the Medina / Souk.

Asked for 2 bottles of the house wine to take - wrapped them neatly for travel without charge. GM even knew us after first day. Extremely quiet. Japanese restaurant served one of the best steaks ever and similar both times we ate there. I rarely write reviews and when I do they are usually about terrible places. This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Absolutely not a single thing to complain about and no suggestions to make - they have it down! That's a rarity even in the luxury hotel business

All of the staff were very kind and welcoming and the grounds are very beautiful and tranquil. The food was exceptional and plentiful. Excellent communication from Julianne, who really looked after during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The room was beautiful and had all the facilities that we could possibly need.
