Staff: Very understanding, helpful with directions and the room service was impeccable. Facilities: The spa service was well priced and thorough. The breakfasts ample and delicious and the restaurant's food was top notch. I give them the highest recommendation.

Staff is really good and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was good. There was some problem with the AC in the room, but they fixed it the same day. Its a little bit outside of the main area, about a 15 min walk to the marketplace.

GM even knew us after first day. Extremely quiet. Japanese restaurant served one of the best steaks ever and similar both times we ate there. I rarely write reviews and when I do they are usually about terrible places. This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Absolutely not a single thing to complain about and no suggestions to make - they have it down! That's a rarity even in the luxury hotel business

All of the staff were very kind and welcoming and the grounds are very beautiful and tranquil. The food was exceptional and plentiful. Excellent communication from Julianne, who really looked after during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The room was beautiful and had all the facilities that we could possibly need.
