We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Beautiful lush gardens, very friendly staff. They usually asked you if you needed anything before you even thought about it. Free tennis courts with rackets provided by the hotel, ping pong tables and a gym. Plenty of activities to choose from. Food was fantastic and many restaurants to choose from. Never short of sunbeds, and we really appreciated the quiet pool! Overall a tranquil, chic and relaxed atmosphere. Something that is not easy to find around Cancun!

Aquest complex, ubicat davant de l'oceà, presenta un entorn únic i tranquil al cor de la Riviera Maya. Només s'hi accepten parelles i anar vestit és opcional. Before going we were sceptical of all the glowing reviews but, seriously, absolutely everything is on the highest level- our room was very comfortable & spacious- a perk of booking here we understand! ;), the facilities are luxurious, very well planned & maintained, the food isn't on the absolute highest level but still excellent (esp the breakfast), the direct contact staff are all amazing: always super friendly & helpful, and we met so many cool cool people among the other guests. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, with a special shout-out to Rodrigo for going above and beyond. I really appreciated the bikes available for guests- such a thoughtful addition. The location couldn't be better, and the place truly has a unique character that makes it feel special

Set in the centre of Playa del Carmen, Sunset Collection Del Mar features a private beach area, a garden, free WiFi, and free private parking for guests who drive. Fantastic location, right near restaurants, shopping and supermarket, although we went to the less crowded beaches further north. It was clean and spacious and they leave you groceries for breakfast during your stay on the first night. The pool and jacuzzi are nice to have, free parking a plus.
