The staff are exceptional, and the Bertam Resort is a very pleasant surprise. We've been looking for a nice hotel to with the family, and this met all of our expectations.

Guys this is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had, and it’s included with the room! A mix of Malaysian and western food, I especially love the te tarik (Malaysian alternative to coffee) and congee. Staff was very nice and beach was very quiet. The room was soo nice, and I love the turndown service where they put the wax warmers in your room.

Loved how spacious the rooms were; bridge connects the hotel to the beach; great value for money; the breakfast buffet was amazing; bus stop was right outside the hotel with easy commute to Georgetown, Penang National Park and other attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Situated along Batu Ferringhi Beach in Penang, Bayview Beach Resort offers rooms with private balconies that face the hills or the sea. Great hotel. Every member of the staff I had contact with was wonderful. Super comfortable bed. Really nice pools and beautiful grounds. Great beachfront location. It wasn’t perfect. Some areas could use a little love, but overall, it was great, and if I ever needed a Batu Ferringhi hotel, I would stay there without hesitation.

Absolutely excellent value and excellent communication. Nicely updated room, terrific Beach, decent pool, water off Beach very clean. Nice Beach Bar
