Situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa boasts 5-star amenities including an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a day spa. All the staff exceeded our expectations with service from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant. Breakfast had a very wide variety of food items and the dinner meal at the Grill was delicious.

Marsden Lake Resort Central Otago offers villa and studio accommodation in Central Otago, on the edge of Lake Dunstan. You’d struggle to get a better view to relax and enjoy than this one!! The rooms are large and well fitted with comfy beds, swivel TV’s to enjoy on the couch or bed, and all the essentials of a hotel stay. On site dinner is a must - unreal food! The staff are incredible and very helpful with info on the local area/NZ travel ideas. Plenty of free parking right up at the property, too. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we can’t wait to come back one day!

Featuring a heated pool with water slide (seasonal), plus a hot tub and a sauna, this resort is just 700 metres from the shores of Lake Wanaka. Very comfortable stay all round Had great facilities. Free laundry was fantastic while travelling. Coffee machine in reception Bed perfect. Staff delightful We used the Hot pool & sauna every day Could hire hybrid bikes from reception

Alpine Resort Wanaka THC Hotels and Resorts offers panoramic mountain views. The apartments are a few minutes from Wanaka’s town centre and the lakefront. Very nice rooms. Wonderful view of the mountains in the morning for coffee. Love the gas range! Had everything we needed

Comprising a spa and wellness centre and barbecue facilities, Modern Wanaka Apartment with Mount Iron Views is a recently renovated accommodation in Wanaka set close to Puzzling World. The apartment was nice and clean. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed, including an air fryer, a rice cooker, and a large wok, which made our stay feel very easy. The extra sofa bed was very comfortable, with a good-quality mattres and there were enough extra blankets. Although we were initially a little concerned about the apartment being on the third floor, it wasn’t an issue for our family at all. In fact, being on the top floor and on the side made it nicely quiet. The location was great — close enough to walk to the main street — and the apartment felt very cosy, making it a lovely place to stay throughout our visit.
