The reception staff inquired about our arrival Information and offered our team a van ride on day 1. unlike some four star or five star hotels in bohol, Early check in is common once your rooms are ready. The tour, laundry and massage prices are very, very fair and reasonable compared to other hotels or resorts. On our last day, we booked a hopping island tour via the resort and when we came back in the afternoon, We were allowed to take a bath And the laundry service was completed within three hours👍👍👍. This enabled us to go to the airport 'dry and clean'. I would Like to thank therapist-Marlyn for her outstanding massage services which in my opinions are much better than those Thailand counterparts. I have recommended resort to my friends and family members, some of whom Have already made a reservation for the upcoming summer vacation this year.

There was wide selection for breakfast, but catered for Filipino taste. It was all great, I would just like to suggest more selections of cereals and yoghurt. The staff were all great. They all deserve a very high remark. Each one was very warm, accommodating and was smiling (though with masks, we can see it in their eyes. Requests were right away responded and acted upon. Overall, it was perfect.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, garden and views of pool, Villa del OZ Resort is set in Panglao, 2.3 km from Libaong White Beach. Well managed, the owners are very helpful. Our bag got (very) delayed and was finally delivered ~5am on the day that we needed the dive equipment inside. We were also unsure about the 2nd half of the trip because we haven’t dove as much. The owners are very accommodating and have many useful information and recommendations. We loved the dog too. Thank you!

I recommend not to stay in the center of Panglao because it is really crowded. Shuttle service is amazing so don’t worry about the location. I haven’t supposed that we would be allowed to have a ride not only to the beach but also to the restaurant in the evening etc (of course it was on the way to the beach). The staff was great. The helped us to book a trip and organised tricycle from Tagbilaran to the hotel and also a tricycle to the port in the very early morning.
