The luxurious Royal Savoy - Ocean Resort is set amidst tropical gardens in the Bay of Funchal, featuring 2 heated lagoon-style pools and private ocean access. Delicious! Well done! Chef was very involved and the results are there. All staff were kind and helpful. Loved our room, it was an upgrade with a larger balcony and kitchen. We were gifted each day with water and sweets with a welcome basket of fruit. The best is the incredible care and sheer beauty of the landscaping around the hotel and the pools! Lovely!

The hotel’s infrastructure is also well-maintained and clean, and the beach is spotless.

Absolutely incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and attentive. Pools were wonderful, food excellent. Would stay here again.
