The unit is set in Foz do Douro, a 15-minute drive from the Porto centre. Some of the apartments in the unit feature views of the Ocean from its balcony. Fantastic terrace, mattress and pillows are much better than in usual apartments for rent, beach and some supermarkets / cafe are vey close to the apartment

The 4-star Douro Cister Hotel features accommodation in deluxe rooms and bungalows amidst tranquil surroundings. I only stayed a night but the room was clean, and they made my dog welcome. Bed comfortable, good heating (much needed!).

This is wonderful place to stay and explore the Douro Valley. Really helpful staff, great facilities and we were delighted with our complimentary breakfast and daily bakery delivery. Lovely walk to the nearby waterfall. The restaurant is fabulous.

Hotel Douro Vale de Campos offers an outdoor swimming pool and a spa on site. This property is located in Abragão, 20 minutes’ driving from Penafiel city. Beautiful gardens inside the property, very cozy bungalows and everybody was very nice.
