Gajapuri, which means "Elephant's Empire" in Sanskrit, offers a luxurious tropical experience with its spa and outdoor spa bath. The absolute most perfect stay in Koh chang. Breakfast so good and varied. Staff was pleasant and personable. Location was amazing. We parked our rental car and walked every night to drinks and dinner.

Santhiya Koh Chang Resort offers modern rooms on Klong Prao Beach, which is part of National Marine Park on the Gulf of Thailand. It features an outdoor pool and restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful

The resort is beautiful, spotless, and truly feels luxurious. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything- we even extended our stay for three extra days because we didn’t want to leave. The bungalows are all clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and every room has at least some view of the ocean. The beach itself is one of the most beautiful on the island, and the staff keeps it perfectly clean and peaceful. We loved the little touches: mosquito repellents for the balcony, a super cute dog that belongs to one of the staff, and even the body lotion and shampoo were high-end and luxurious. Overall, a wonderful experience — we couldn’t recommend this place more!

Koh Chang is a beautiful island—not only is the island itself lovely but so are the people who live there. No exception at Lonely Groove: Lemon and her sister were so happy, kind and caring, their big smiles and warmth reminded me of being at home with my mom. I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. I loved chatting to them before heading out to explore or after coming back from a long day in the sun. Some notes: the bungalows are further inland which means less foot traffic and noise from other hotels/bars; it's peaceful, quiet and clean; the beach is less than five minutes away (stop by all cafes/restaurants on the way to/from the beach!); my bungalow was modest and roomy, had all the necessities, including a mosquito net, and aircon didn't cost much more; hammock on the outside patio; watch out for monkeys who want to take your food! I would love to come back.

Really comfortable and clean accommodation with nice grounds. You get to see the owners at breakfast which is a nice touch. Staff as for staff they are polite and helpful (like all Thais). Lovely clean beach which was sparsely populated during the stay. About half hour walk to the town. Would recommend. Thanks guys for a lovely stay.

Providing garden views, Tropical Paradise Leelawadee Resort in Klong Prao Beach offers accommodation with a shared kitchen that has a microwave and a toaster, a garden and a terrace. Pascal and Phillip are excellent hosts and the property is meticulously maintained. There is a very cute cat who loves to snuggle. The resort is behind the best restaurant in Koh Chang.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The hotel’s garden and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful — very well maintained, green, and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. It’s clear that a lot of care and love goes into this place. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience.

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing vacation here. The bungalow was clean and the garden had a variety of fruit trees and palm trees. The beautiful sunset was a bonus. The host and his wife were more than friendly and kind than expected and if we come back to Koh Chang, we would gladly stay in his bungalow again.

Koh Chang is located in Koh Chang, 3 km from Salak Kok Bay and 7 km from Salak Phet Bay. It offers a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea. White Sands Beach is 20 km away. We liked the location on "the quiet side" or east side of Koh Chang because we enjoyed exploring the roads and attractions with less traffic. Our rooms and grounds were immaculate. The pillows were more comfortable than other places we have stayed. The pool is cleaned daily and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The room was stocked with beer in the fridge and some sealed snacks -- good that we didn't have to run out to buy anything but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The best coffee (locally grown) is just down the road.
