We loved our comfortable room, beautifully decorated and very clean. The guest relation department was increadibly helpful and organised wonderful birthday surprise for my son! The location of the hotel was excellent with short walk to the amusement park and shopping area. The food overexceeded our expectations! We all made our magical memories!

The atmosphere, the place vibes, Kids club ( it's another Level), the stuff all over the hotel and everything.. Best hotel at Belek.. Plenty of activities and entertainment. The food was brilliant, plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were fantastic. Yasmin in miniclub in particular was so lovely with the children. The mini disco was a big hit and the children are still singing the songs after our trip! The Eid celebration and foam party around the pool was incredible and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Brilliant trip and we are already looking at when we can go back again.

We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team. In fact it was so good that we will be going back. :) Special thanks to John, Zelda, Julia, Harry and the guys serving drinks on the rollerblades!

This is the best hotel in Turkey where I have ever stayed. The beach is great and there is a pine forest behind the hotel. The territory is large, very beautiful and well planned. There are areas for adults and separate areas for families with children. Smoking is allowed in the areas for adults, but not many people smoke there. The rooms are clean and all the equipment works perfectly. The food is amazing, and there is also food for people with special diets. The alcohol is good quality. The red wine is local but very good. There is Martell and Hennessy cognac in the bars. A taxi to Side costs about 12 euros, to Antalya airport about 30 euros.
