This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at the resort, thanks to the attentive and welcoming hotel staff. A special thank you to Shirin from Guest Relations, Suleyman at the hotel spa, and Mehmet, the chef at the main restaurant – each of them made our experience truly memorable. We especially enjoyed the massage course at the spa and would highly recommend it. The facilities throughout the resort were spotless and in excellent condition. And the food? Absolutely delicious – every meal was a delight (especially desserts :))! We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would love to return.

Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive mempunyai tempat fitness lengkap, taman, teras berjemur dengan kolam renang, dan sarapan prasmanan in Kemer. Wow such a holiday. Everything! Its one of the greatest hotel we have ever stayed. Food variety , staff, cleanliness, location, beach(its one of the best beach you can ever see), pool everything was top notch. As a ex hotelier , I can easily say this hotel is perfect example of how a 5 star All inclusive hotel should be. Speacial thanks to reception team for being always accommodating and helping us to have our room upon arrival. And also Ferdi and Nadide at F&B team at main restaurant. They are super kind and helpful. Definetely coming back!

Wonderful boutique hotel that strikes the perfect balance between a serene, green environment and upscale elegance. Every detail was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner in the rooftop restaurant were amazing. Highly recommended.

Prior to our arrival we were already in contact with Ibrahim from guest relations. This was a great touch as he answered any and all my questions prior to checking in. Check-in was smooth, friendly and fast. Entertainment staff were outstanding and kept us laughing and engaged will all their planned activities (there are many every day). Bartenders were friendly and experienced. Waitrons were equally good. We particularly enjoyed all the ala carte restaurant. Rooms were newly renovated. The pool and beach cabanas were a hit with the adults and the water slides a hit with our kids. We were a family group of 9 and we were well accommodated wherever we went. most staff had good knowledge of English which was a great help. Our overall experience was amazing and would come back in a heart beat.
