The staff is amiable and helpful, but not annoying. I appreciate small details there - good playlists, eco straws, and the way of greeting the guests. My sister and I especially liked yoga and fly yoga classes.

During the days we enjoyed the pool games and entertainment personnel, in particular being recognised every day by Antonio, Serhat and your DJ Jester who encouraged us to take part. In the night's the entertainment was again varied and outstanding in quality and variety, by the same team as the poolside days. Posebej bi pohvalili profesionalen in koristen kontakt v službi za odnos z gostom. Zelo nam je pomagala in je bila zelo gostoljubna gospa Fatma Nur. V restavraciji je posebej gostoljubna bila gospa Medina.

The Resort is amazing, with nice staff, the manager Ibrahim was focused in our needs, more than we expected. He booked a nice cabana to our family near the pool and a “la cart”restaurants, helped in our transfers to the airport and Pamukkale…Our room was a family room, with 2 bedrooms perfect for family’s. Nice view. Good shower and air conditioning. Mini bar with water, soft drinks and beer, included. A lot of different restaurants in the resort to attend the different guests.
