A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

Cosy atmosphere and attentive staff. Beautiful design of hotel grounds and clean rooms. Tasty kitchen.

El Barut B Suites se encuentra en Side, a 6 km de la antigua ciudad de Side, y ofrece un jardín y una pileta al aire libre de temporada. A 250 metros hay una zona de playa privada de arena con un bar.... Nuestra habitación estaba justo al lado de la piscina con toboganes, y aún así tenía bastante privacidad visual. El buen aislamiento impide que entre ruido del exterior (hay complejos hoteleros de al lado que ponen música muy alta, sobre todo los fines de semana). Las piscinas por su profundidad y variedad están muy bien para familias con niños. En general, las zonas verdes y el diseño arquitectónico del complejo están muy logrados.

We really enjoyed the stay with my family. The hotel is nice and has all major amenities one can think of, food was great and diverse, service was good. A lot of people are complaining about the staff not speaking English and while indeed they are more comfortable with German, we didn't experience any issues with speaking only English. It is a great value for money.

Este alojamiento cuenta con un tramo privado de playa en el mar Mediterráneo. Ofrece instalaciones de spa, una pileta al aire libre y un actividades para niños con actividades. Hotel was clean, right at the beach, rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach was kept clean, bar service available right to your sun bed. Buffet restaurant had really good food and lots of choices, it didn’t feel crowded even at busy times. We’ve tried also Roka restaurant, beautiful setting and also good food. Some of the evening entertainment was at very high level, we especially enjoyed Michael Jackson show, but all the other ones were fine too. Quick and efficient bar service at the beach and around pool area and during the evening shows. The hotel is mostly catered for adults, not much happening for kids, at least from what we saw, very tiny kids pool, no slides, no kids food corner at the buffet, restaurant even had a separate area no kids/ no phones.
