Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always available as needed. Overall just a superbly relaxing holiday with lots to do.

Boravak u barut Hemera bio je zaista predivan i nadmašio je moja očekivanja. Hotel je izuzetno čist, uredan i održavan, čistoća je stvarno na maksimumu. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i toplo zaista se osjeti da rade sa srcem i da im je stalo do gostiju. Hrana i piće bili su odlični, raznovrsni i uvijek svježi. Svaki obrok je bio uživanje. Jedina mala zamjerka sa moje strane je temperatura bazena u Swim up Pools Room — s obzirom na nižu vanjsku temperaturu, očekivala bih da je voda malo toplija. Međutim, to nije umanjilo ukupno iskustvo jer je sve ostalo bilo apsolutno besprijekorno. Sve u svemu, nezaboravan boravak. Preporučujem od srca i rado bih se ponovo vratila. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

This accommodation features a private stretch of beach on the Mediterranean Sea. It offers spa facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and a kids' club activities and facilities. The a la carte restaurants. Roka was the best. The all-inclusive was really premium The service at the beach and pool

The hotel and resort are more than wonderful, especially all the staff from reception, guest relations, housekeeping, restaurants, and lounges. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Erem, and guest relations team Derya, Irin, Murat , Hassan from burger inn , really all the staff and team, as well as the Doctor and Nurse for their kind treatment after the special situation we encountered. A special and big thanks to Erem; you were truly wonderful, and we thank you immensely. Additionally, I must mention that all the activities are superb, and the food is beyond delicious. Thanks to the chef. The hotel is truly amazing, amazing, amazing. I highly recommend visiting this resort—it’s nice, clean, with delicious food, fruits, and snacks, and wonderful & great staff. Very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was consistently good. Staff were polite and helpful. Everything was well organized.
