Stag was friendly especially the receptionist David was really helpful and gave us all the information what we can do during our time in Serena. Room was spacious and clean. Pool well maintained and that was a pleasure to use it

The king suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the mattress which was sagging and caused back pain.

I really like to rest here and will come here if there is a chance.
