The staff is sooo friendly and helpful, just wow. They were so kind to our young children and nothing was too much for them. They went above and beyond. The activity team boys were super friendly and energetic. They were always thinking of fun things for our family and taking the weather into consideration. The chef is out of this world - all the meals were incredible and the menu was different every evening. The rooms/houses/clubhouse/outdoors/everywhere !!…sooo nicely decorated and put together. We really didn’t want to leave and will absolutely come back every year! With or without children!

De Hoop Collection - Campsite Rondawels tilbyr et utendørsbasseng, fellesstue, en bar og tennisbane i De Hoop Nature Reserve. I loved this place! If you’re a nature lover, it’s the perfect spot. There’s a great restaurant with a fixed price of €25 per person, but you also have the option to barbecue outside your bungalow. I recommend stocking up on groceries beforehand, as the nearest supermarket is about an hour away. The property offers both indoor and outdoor bathrooms. I tried the outdoor shower, and I highly recommend it for the experience! Even though the property is located within a reserve, we were pleasantly surprised by how few insects bothered us during the barbecue. However, it’s worth noting that, even of the bungalows are a very nice and well manteined, being surrounded by nature, it’s possible for a few insects to make their way inside the little house.

De Hoop Collection - Equipped Cottages ligger i De Hoop Nature Reserve og har en bar. Beautiful location in the heart of De Hoop Nature Reserve. Nature lovers will love it. Cape eland, Cape mountain zebras, bontebok, Cape grysbok, grey rehbok are unmistakable. Knysna woodpecker is around the cottages.... The beach at Koppie Allen is very nice (great dolphins patrol) The local restaurant was delicious.

De Hoop Collection - Opstal Houses ligger i De Hoop Nature Reserve og har en bar og grillutstyr. This was a lovely place to visit. The restaurant was excellent, with very nice staff and delicious food. Our three bedroom house was spacious and spotlessly clean. Enjoyed seeing the animals roving the grounds, saw many whales from the dunes.

Loved the rural, quiet scenery with massive dunes, river outlook, excellent food, great service and the family of Mountain Zebras (and Ostriches) near our room. Exceptional restaurant menu.
