Some facilities are a bit old. May upgrade the technology in the room. Information is scattered. A pamphlet with all the complementary activities information would be nice.

Welcoming service. The butler and reception are more than willing to offer help. Spacious room with snacks included. Infinity pool, water park and indoor swimming pool are super nice facilities to be used. The buggy network is convenient to travel within the resort too.

Checking times . I found 4pm was very late that’s half of the day gone after spending all that money to stay there.

Breakfast choices were amazing. Overall felt like royalty. But could have done a bit more for my birthday than just a cake !

there are no Shataf showers in any of the hotel rooms. Being in Dubai, this is one of the most important things.

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. It was full of royalty. We got a free upgrade to two bedroom as that was the only room that wheelchair accessible. It was made extra special thanks our Butler Zaima who was extremely kind and helpful. We had an amazing day and The team made it amazing for my mom’s birthday.

That nobody told me about a deposit they require at the check-in for AED 8000, thus I had a problem with my bank when I tried to pay this deposit plus the amount for the stay, so I had to split the payment in two parts.

Everything, the personal attention was superb, the cleaning, facilities and attitude of the staff, definitely it is a new level in hotel experiences.

I think it will be better to extend the carpet stairs all the way to the first floor of the room so the resident know that the last step(the white marble)is part of the stairs !

My experience at the Burj Al Arab was beyond my expectations, from the first to last minute of my stay was met with superior service and high attention to detail.

The jacuzzi function on bath did not work. Drainage failed in bath and shower but they sent someone quickly to fix. Breakfast service on second day was stretched and understaffed. I felt sorry for the clearly stressed staff.

Love the room with plenty of space and very comfortable seating. Excellent shower and useful dressing room. I love the pools and the spa was amazing. It was not bad value for money as a staycation because it saved us traveling to another country but felt like a proper getaway with minimal travel effort. We had an excellent meal at Al Muntaha with wonderful sommelier who was so interesting and knowledgeable.

Everything was great, except the price of rooms and restaurants. But, you expect to pay a lot when you book a room, so there are no surprises. I'd still return.

The Burj Al Arab is a destination all by itself. It's not inexpensive or even "affordable," but if you really want to splurge for a special occasion, or just want to spend a day or two in luxury, you'll be completely satisfied. The rooms are very large at over 1800 sq feet and they're two levels. The sofas, chairs, and beds are very comfortable and the views of the sea are amazing. The service is excellent and you'll thoroughly enjoy all of amenities the Burj offers.
