The receptionist and the manager is not well behaved. Many guests were rudely handled. Not a 2nd time choice for sure.

The room's WiFi connection is somewhat unreliable. We've noticed that the internet in the lobby is more stable. Additionally, we've made several requests for towels, toothbrushes, and slippers, but unfortunately, they haven't been fulfilled.

The location is centrally located in Dubai.

The facilities can improve. There are no dental kits, laundry bags, extra towels, drinking water, sugar etc.

1) I booked a King size bed but they gave me a queen size bed. When I complained they said that's the only bed they have available for every guest. 2) There was no breakfast for me. When I asked they told me if I book through booking.com then breakfast is not included. Should have booked through another website. 3) Cleanliness was just OK. 4) Toiletries were not provided. I've been to Dubai 5-6 times and this is the only hotel where there was no brush and paste given to me. Shampoo and body-wash were provided. 5) Water is chargeable. 10 AED per 1L bottle. The store outside gave 1.5L x 6 bottles for 6 AED. Atleast be reasonable. 6) The TV was not in a working condition. I called the mechanic who came and he didn't understand English. He told me to wait and left and never came back. There was a specific time for the mechanic but I was not available during those times of the day as I was there for business. 7) Some furniture was broken and a couple of lights were not in a working condition.

1) I liked the location which was very close to Union metro station. 2) There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel which is very good if you want to purchase anything.

No safe box was inside the room No channels working on the TV, when I asked them they told me it is under maintenance for all my staying period. No complimentary drinking water inside the room like the photos for the room in booking web pages. Shower water was filled with dust. It's colour was yellow In check out I forgotten my mobile charger inside the room and when I tried to contact the hotel through the land line there was no answer

I specifically asked for quiet room, because i work a lot and i want to have deep nice sleep. they gave me a room on a side where construction is in progress, at evening and early morning i started to hear high noise. i could not have good sleep.

It is a simple practical hotel, on a active place, you can get access to affordable food, shops, and barbershop. old building with fair condition rooms and beds. if you are looking for luxury hotel, or standard hotel. i like the location, nice staff, clean.

The towel was kept for long time when I arrive as it was with dust when I arrived. Faucet was dripping and leaking on the counter top most of the time. No water bottle provided. No safety box. Anyway I did not needed one. The sheets were also with paint stain when I arrived. The tea bags were exposed so I did not used it. The kettle was not cleaned as I have to clean the spout part coz the yellowish build up keeps on dripping when I am pouring the hot water. Good thing I always check before using anything from any hotel. No stirrer for the coffee as the provided cup sugar and tea only. Hotel staff were very nice. They provided 1 bed as I requested during my booking

WiFi is poor; its going and coming most of the time. The lift is scary and old; there is no complementary water, which is strange; and paying 65 dollars per night without water. This is the first time I have experienced it.

The location is close to UNION metro station, which is good. Considering the price and Expensive Dubai its fine.
