The staff was a total let down from the beginning as we arrived super early in the morning which the hotel was aware of our arrival time because I did pay an early check in fee prior. We were not received well at all and I had to walk into the hotel and ask someone to assist us with our luggage despite being visibly infront of the hotel and arrived. The staff was not friendly at all in receptin each time we visited nobody in reception was friendly or willing to help. Infact on one of the days im sad to express that the concierge staff had the audacity to argue with me when we asked for a cab and the cab rate was presented to us we politely declined and walked out of the cab he argued with me telling me to even. check uber rates and see that we couldnt find anything cheaper which was pretty upsetting to experience and ruined my families and I mood. Secondly the staff upon arrival did not inform us of anything within our booking or the daily shuttles or where they go, I had to call later to enquire. Overall the only friendly staff were the staff by the pool, the pool desk and the hostess at breakfast in the all day dining. Truly disappointed in how most of the staff handled themselves especially front office and concierge who handles Taxi requests.

This hotel was extremely amazing in terms of location, offerings, surrounding and rooms. My family and I were in the grand suite, city view which was absolutely amazing and kept really clean daily. We really loved our room. The location was absolutely amazing as well and very close to the metro, part of why we chose it.

The lifts can be very busy around breakfast time: don’t forget anything from your room or you may have to wait 5-10 minutes for a lift up and down.

It needs more attention when cleaning the room sometimes its not clean enough, as it is a tower everyday there is workers cleaning outside which is a bit annoying. Last day the hit water was out of service without any notice to the guests.

Its a family place with nice facilities for kids like playground and kids pool, if they could arrange some kids activities during the weekends would be great. I like that no alcohol served and has all you need like travel agency, barber shop for ladies and men, small market, gift shop

The rooms did not come with complimentary water or beverage and we had to rely on buying. Also, while the breakfast offering was not much, the price was discounted at the reception, but not at the breakfast lobby. Good thing was that kids were 50% off. Further, there are certain areas where minimal attention could be used to improve the aesthetics of the place. Some foot mats were very old and unbecoming of a place as beautiful as that and the kids play area had many opportunities for improvement.

The apartment was facing the major road in Dubai and the view was the best especially at night. The rooms were perfectly sized and the wifi was super fast and easy to access. Totally loved the gym and the pool as they were clean at all times. At the tour guide area, we booked a desert safari and that was the highlight of our stay. Very friendly staff they have there!

Check Out Upon check out, the deposit money was not get back as we deposited. The staff decided to cut of some amount and returned back as he wish. I am rush to reach my work so I could not able to check. Once I realize that the amount of my cash was not completed. If I want to Leave tip I am the who shoud decide not the staff. No matter how small amount. That our money.
