We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UgandaI was charged 100 Dirhams for early check-in.This was my second experience n I didn't feel gud as I had requested for early check in.Also if am checking out at 6am why don't u consider the early check-in.The Breakfast was pretty ordinary after charging a lot of money for it.It seems like everyone was on trial basis esp when making eggs.I was not happy at all Abt the breakfast.next time will not pay for it.

I was upgraded for free. The room was pure luxury. Very spacious with all the needed amenities and nice view on the city. Think curtains can be used to darken the room and have some rest. A big workstation. The bathroom has both : standing shower and a bathtub. Breakfast is fresh and varied. Staff is extremely polite , professionnal and friendly. Free Parking is available. Free Wi-fi is very fast.

OmanThe design of car parking entrance drive way.. those concrete poles make it very difficult to navigate with a big SUV. I didn't like the set menu of the breakfast. Paid for it but unfortunately didn't enjoy it.. Had to go for breakfast again somewhere else. However, I understand that this might be because of the current middle east situation and the very low number of guests that makes non-ecconomical to prepare a full breakfast buffet. This though didn't affect my score of the hotel
It was really a great experience to stay at this hotel. I received an international call from the hotel reservation desk asking for my preference of bed and estimated arrival time, which is not all hotels do. Only those who care about their guests. Got offered to be upgraded for free to a better room without my request. The room was ready upon arrival. Without any delay at check in. Smiling front desk staff. Bery spacious and clean rooms. No question why this hotel is rated 9 at booking. It deserves that. Keep it up.

United KingdomIt is not the most touristy area but it is an interesting sector to have a look around. You can use the metro /buses/ taxis to travel further afield if you need to.
Very warm welcome and we were allocated an upgraded room. Second time at this hotel, excellent housekeeping. It was a strange time to visit due to the uncertain situation in the UAE, but we enjoyed our stay (despite some rain too!) We travelled to visit family. Easy walk to two metro stations and the local mall. We enjoyed visiting the local restaurants.
