SwitzerlandWe had a one week holiday in Dubai and stayed in this wonderful really luxurious Hotel. The stuff was extremly friendly and they are jumping to satisfy any wish from the hotel guest. Sometimes you do not even have to say it out loud, they are just mind readers and making your stay just perfect. Our houskeeper - Balajr - made evey day a wonderful job in our room. This hotel is super clean and smell always like flowers and parfumes. This amazed us totally. Many thanks for Chat - our concierge guy - to organizing the desert trip and for the Present we got from the Hotel. The Bentley was amazing! Your sister hotel - Waldorf Astoria - was also very very nice! Many thanks for everything!
