We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab Emirateshaha, it more funny than a complained but wanted to mention. We were with a group of 8 people. We ordered some beers....there were only 5 beers left in the whole hotel. We ordered a bottle of white wine.... only 3 different wines available and only 3 bottles. No issue we go to red wine they only had 3 bottles of Red wine left in the whole hotel. That at least is very strange right? Same with the food and same with next day morning. It was just if they would shut down or something.
It's a very nice location especially after the upgrade they had done.

South AfricaDue to very view visitors the hotel was a bit understaffed but everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Amazing spacious rooms. The food was excellent and better than Qasr Al Sarab. Very quiet and obviously staffed according to bookings. This is a must visit hotel, a gem that is underrated and missed by tourists. Quality of rooms, food, and overall experience was just wonderful. First came to Liwa Hotel 19 years ago, and what an awesome experience to be back. I wish people would support this hotel more.

United Arab EmiratesThere is a feeling that something is missing. I can't put my finger on it but it's maybe the fact that the hotel had or is currently busy renovating. There is the sense that the outside areas need work and that it will take time to complete. Except for the carports that need shade nets, nothing is wrong outside, there is just the feeling that something is missing. The areas just outside the rooms to the front of the hotel needs a clean up. Maybe it needs a little more of a feminine touch since I never saw any female staff. The background music in the restaurant/bar area is nice but there was one song on repeat for hours at a time. It was so annoying that we had to ask them to do something. The staff member immediately attended to it. The next morning at breakfast the same song was on repeat again. We didn't bother to ask again. Some of the beverages on the menu were also not available. When ordering desert wine per glass, it weren't available, only per bottle. For desert wine that is not going to happen.
The location in the Liwa desert is beautiful. The room was very spacious and decorated nicely. There is a big TV with wifi so we watched F1 racing via our laptop and an HDMI cable since that sport was not available on the channels. The bed is big and comfortable. The swimming pool is big and the afternoon swimming was relaxing with a lifeguard on duty the whole time. Our Saturday breakfast was in a buffet style and very good with a big variety to choose from. The Sunday breakfast was from the menu and was very big and good as well. We ate dinners from the menu which was great value for money. The portions were big. The staff is very friendly, willing to assist with everything and always smiling.

United KingdomSlightly odd design, with the rooms facing the parked cars, though the benefit of facing outwards was that we could catch a glimpse of the sunrise from the window. There was an odd whistling sound at times, which came and went - maybe something in the plumbing? The bathroom would benefit from an extra towel rail, and the lip at the entrance to the shower needs to be just a little bit higher to avoid water overflowing into the bathroom.
We were looking for a base to stay in the Liwa region, while going out and exploring during the day, and the hotel was just what we needed. The hotel staff were lovely and welcoming and helped with all our questions. The room was beautiful, with a comfy bed, small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There was also a separate seating area behind a curtain with a sofa (and bath!) near the window. The large walk-in shower in the bathroom was lovely. The restaurant area was nice, with what looked to be reasonable value lunch and dinner options. Breakfast was a little pricey. Parking was easy and close to the room. There was a nice pool, which wasn't busy.

The location is amazing. Everything was very clean. I checked in late evening (~10 pm) and checked out early morning (~6 am). The room was spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of towels and amenities.
