How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Upon check out the housekeeping team reported that the minibar has been used. I never use the minibar so I requested that they compare the check list from prior to my check in. Additionally I was upgraded to that room which I appreciate but I dont appreciate being accused of using something I hadnt. I have no issues paying for my own Items. Also i'm am a frequent visitor and never had that issue.

when we ask to tidy up only the bed was made and things were kept in place but they dint was the 2 plates in the basin
Room was good but wash room was not up to the mark. The hose was not working, flush was not working

That when u guys say equipped with all amenities.. It should be a full apartment.. I have stayed at alot of apartments in Europe.. When they mention that is fully functioning apartment.. It usually means a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room..
The fact the location was pretty close to the apartment my family was staying at... It was easy to get around. There were a lot of things near by

The room was comfortable and clean We enjoyed our stay but we didn’t have breakfast however the staff from the concierge, housekeeping especially Semanda very polite and professional young lady. All the reception desk team and the restaurant staff were amazing

AC wasn't great, room wouldn't go below 22 degrees some days. Tough to sleep as a Canadian in that temperature at night.
The staff was amazing. Facilities were great and the room services was prompt and reliable. Wish the AC was better besides that all was great for the close to 3 weeks stay there.

Few things are missing, like we need to call for slippers, toothbrush.
The room was spacious,, bed is comfortable And even kitchen utensils they have .

Some stuff needed maintaining. The fridge drip was a bit loud. Some lights needed bulbs changed.

The first room we had, the bathtub plug was not working, so I could not take a bath, and that was very disappointing. The restaurant staff is really nice. However, one of the girls that works there completely forgot something I had ordered and we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. I actually had to get up from the table and go all the way across the restaurant in order to get her and remind her that she hadn't brought my tea. So, even though she's really nice, I do not feel like she was paying attention to her job. I thought that was very unprofessional. Another thing is that the restaurant has flies and although I ate there twice, both times in the restaurant there were flies that I had to continuously swat away from my food so they didn't get on my food. This was really annoying and I think that the restaurant needs to have a couple of electric flycatchers.
There were things that I liked and didn't like. Of the things that I liked, the room it self was adequate and the bed was also adequate. We had a problem with the first room, and the manager was very nice and upgraded us to a much larger room, and I thought that was a very congenial of them and they didn't have to do that but I really appreciated it. The restaurant manager is very nice and I think the staff is also very nice.

The house keeping isn't good at all as they don't change the towels & beds covers everyday as normal in any hotel you must push them for that
