Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The refrigerator made a lot of noise inside the room and that bothered me a bit during my stay. The bathroom didn't have ventilation and the bathtub was quite old. The location is between Sharjah and Dubai so that was a little bit of high on traffic during business hours.
Rooms were amazing and large, there was no outside noise. Breakfast was good and large so there was no issue to choose what i want. Restaurant for dinner had nice prices and good food.

when checking in as a family I already wanted to expect everything to be arranged in the bathroom in terms bathtowels (which was only one), toothbrush with toothpaste (which was not there, our check in time was late time, so I was not able to request it earlier). The location is fine but nearby road is so dangerous when the family are with kids. I think that part should have some red lines (removable) restricting kids not jumping to the road as a safety cautions. Only this two things which I wanted to mention to consider.
Room is spacious. Very nice and clean room. Breakfast was amazing. all varieties of food. The staff at the check-in especially is very nice, polite and responded patiently to our all requests. Thanks to all staff, especially to security in charge Mr.Ali helping us to find the taxi driver's plate number in which we lost our baby stroller. We found owing to their help.

Some of the cutlery was missing in the room and it took almost 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to provide it that too after multiple calls. Wifi was patchy in the evening. However, connectivity was good in the morning. Suggest to keep hand towel and water bottle (small) in fitness center.
Having stayed for 3 nights, room was okay in terms of cleanliness. Staff particularly the concierge was very polite and helpful. Location was close to my place of engagement. Breakfast was good but was same everyday. Variety will help.

The pool is closed at 07:00pm which should have been made available at least till 11:00pm to make best use for families who usually go out during day time and comes late. Breakfast could have been made available with different menu for each day which would have increased the experience levels to the customer.
The view from the roof top with a beautiful wind. The toiletries are really top quality. Provided me with a complimentary bed for the child even though it was not included in the booking.
