The breakfast venue is in the -1 floor with no windows. It was not nice and not how you expect from a Wyndham hotel.

The location was perfect! The room was big enough and the staff was very friendly. Especially the guy at the reception when we arrivef midnight helped us soo much. He even let us have a late checkout because we are going to have a long flight the day we check out.

We had some issues in room 106, where we faced lot of car noise coming from the Cordoba Street, also the air conditioning were very noisy as well. Then we switched room to 201, and in this room the air conditioninig was not working neither the frigobar.

Staff was amazing. Very worried to help in everyway the could.

The AC system didn’t work consistently, so sleep was difficult in the still, hot air. The room didn’t have chairs or a table.

The bathroom is quite small for the size of the room, pretty sure it is an old refurbished building. The breakfast could have been better, it is located in a basement. The room was very loud from the outside, I suggest better balcony door insulation.

The location es very good, next to shopping mall Galerias Pacifico, close to cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is pretty safe, taking in consideration Buenos Aires is a big city.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

You will not be disappointed in this recently refurbished hotel. The traditional facade of the hotel does not give anything away about the contemporary architecture inside. The atrium inside lets you look right to the top with each floor decorated with supersize modern pictures of famous people. The rooms are spacious and light with high ceilings, big windows and a huge mirror. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This is a fantastic location and in easy walking distance to the Obelisk and all the shopping areas if that is what you want. There are plenty of good restaurants and convenience stores just round the corner. For those who fancy a trip to Uruguay, the Buquebus ferry terminal is not more then 10min walking distance away. If we were to go back to Buenos Aires we would certainly stay there again.

Sadly, air conditioning in our room did not work as needed, despite attempts by staff. When they tried to cool, it froze other rooms apparently.

Room was a bit dated and needs a bit of TLC. Street can be a bit noisy at times.

Enormous room. Pretty good buffet for a smallish hotel. It shares the same building as the Galleries Pacifico shopping mall and just blocks away from Florida St.

Location is excellent. Right in the hub of shopping. 20 -30 minute walk to the dock restaurants, pink house and Recoleta. Ho Ho bus right there. Lots of Uber drivers around if you don't want to walk. Comfortable rooms. Large in size. Friendly staff. Standard breakfast, but good. Tastefully decorated. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

The central air did not allow for us to control the room temperature, so the room was warm. We had to open the windows, which was very loud due to busy street noise.

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly, and held our luggage for a few hours. Breakfast was nice too.

Too noisy from the street late at night and early morning. No soundproof room. With the price, the hotel could have done better.
