There were several different levels between the bed and the bathroom that were a bit tricky to navigate in the dark at night. The bed itself was a bit low, but generally a good bed.

The view from the breakfast room was amazing! It had a glass roof space that created a lovely atmosphere to see the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods, beverages, and amounts of items. I will definitely return for another weekend in the future.

Breakfast was undeserved and the food wasn’t fresh enough. The location is with a great view especially the church with the background of the snow mountains that absolutely blows up.

+ Staff + Sunny terrace + Kettle and small fridge in the room + Mattress was extremely comfortable + Uncomplicated self-check-in after 8pm + Free apples for the guests + Fridge with beverages at reception 24/7 (for a fee) + Location - bus stop, shops, restaurants etc - everything is in walking distance + On Easter Sunday, the staff hid small chocolate eggs and rabbits all around the breakfast room. This is such a cute idea! + I didn't have time to use the wellness area, but I had a look at it and now I am sad I had to leave without visiting (sauna, small whirlpool, steam bath) + Very good value for money

The bed was a little low for us and we would have liked more than one pillow each, but these are minor compared to an overall great stay.

The location is spectacular: surrounded by the most incredible mountains in a charming small town. Great care is taken to make their guests feel comfortable. The hotel is charming and the breakfast very good.

Classical Austrian breakfast, the room was cozy with a nice view. We had a bathtub in the room which was really nice. You have a bus stop close to the hotel to get into Innsbruck, so no need to drive down.

The beds could have been more comfortable. The old austrian vibe in the hotel was great, including the bed, but it wasn't the most comfortable.

The staff at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Also contacting them before the stay was easy and they responded so quickly, making our spontaneous schedule much less stressful.

Perfectly located near Innsbruck with incredible beauty. The host of the hotel secured a dinner reservations for us and made sure suggested some relaxing thing we may want to do. It was truly an enjoyable place.

The room had for its size a touch too much furniture and felt a touch cluttered.

The welcome from the receptionist was excellent. Very friendly, anticipating every need. I had booked for my parents who welcomed the lift directly from the car park. Breakfast was very lovely too, by bus in 10 minutes in Innsbruck with the bus stop very close. Location was also very quiet, allowing a good night‘s sleep in very comfy beds.

Everything was good.

Bed was super comfy and there is a huge modern walk in shower in room 210. Plus the kitchenette which is useful. Lots of variety of good quality cold dishes at breakfast and bright dining room. Large relaxation room adjacent to dining room.
