How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Using of its parking facility is complicated , the garage itself is fine but to get your entry is not simple at all The streetfront was little bit noisy during most of night, but probably it was due to that it was Friday.
Breakfast was OK as a meal and drink but still the breakfast room was quite crowded Location is suitable for all passengers arrive on A4 , its accessibility is perfect

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, abd the rooms were good. A bit small but that was not a concern for us since it was quick stop for us. The location is great, close to main attractions in the coty and center.

The room is very small and crowded with all furniture. It is not logical to have a separate toilet with no sink to wash your hands but you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands, silly and annoying. And the doors from both toilet and bathroom one too hard to open and the other one not closing well.
The best 2 things I like are the location very good and close to Prater and city center and what I like in all Wien, the great drink water quality and available everywhere.

The room was small for the four of us, supplies such as water, toiletries felt limited for a family of four with two teenagers.
Loved the location. Easy to walk to the centre of Vienna. The breakfast was really good with good choices and tasty food.

The kettle didnt work for us. And the key cards for the lift and rooms, we found abit iffy.
The room was very nice; beds very comfortable. Great location just a walk across the river to the centre. Great for the train stations as well. Direct to the airport.

Teas and coffees were not refreshed every day. Would have been great for a bar snack menu or the ability to get snacks from a machine or kiosk

We were asked to check in online the day before arrival which we did. But apparently this did not mean anything as we had to still do the old fashion paper check in. Another thing- there is a loud night club accross the street. Our friends had trouble sleeping due to the loud thumping. Do ask for a room that does not face the main street.
15 minutes walk to Stefan Platz. Modern building with very good options for bars and restaurants near by. It is also 10 minutes walk from Vienna Mitte station if arriving by CAT. Very convenient. Staff very friendly. My wife forgot her mobile in the lobby and it was returned to the reception that held it until we realized and called.

There’s no sink on the toilet room.

Breakfast a bit too expensive and only 1 coffee machine for too many people. Outside of the hotel too dangerous for bikes going very fast.

Everything was excellent and the personnel very very friendly . We were 4 just have in mind is one bedroom 4 people is not separate rooms . Our children and us we were sleeping in a row . Again is not something we didn’t like just I write this down because personally I didn’t understood it’s was like that . But I had a very comfortable and nice stay

We booked an executive room with a sofa for a family of 4, it was a bit tight. A bit of trouble with housekeeping, getting them to understand that we are 4 and therefore needed 4 sets of towels, everytime they cleaned the room.
Good location, nice neighbourhood, decently close the city center, metro within 1 minute walk. Clean. All amenities needed.
