Thick coat of dust on skirting boards and table. Room not clean. No early check in, not even after 11am when room would of been ready.

The staff were lovely especially the staff serving breakfast. Reception staff nice. Free mini bar was nice for some cold drinks. Pre asked for an early check in after my flight landed at 7am, was told to come back at 2pm. A text to say the room was ready would of been nice, instead of hanging around the foyer and outside from 7am to 2pm, having been up all night flying. I usually stay at crown plaza for work trips and they always text when the room is ready.

I think an extra blanket would have been good - there was only one blanket on the bed and it was a little cold. However as there is 24 hour reception I should have asked for one and I’m sure they would have happily obliged - I just didn’t think of that!

Nothing in our room seemed to function correctly. The air con made a horrible noise, the TV kept turning its self off and the lights kept flickering. We were staying for less than 24 hours so we just decided to go to bed early as we were checking out very early in the morning anyway. The water spills from the shower across the floor and makes the bath mat very wet.

The lolly station was a unique thing and I was surprised that the drinks in the fridge were free. The laundry is a nice touch but it is tucked away with no signage and it seems to be shared with the hotel cleaning staff. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were excellent!

Upgrade rooms. Apart from that everything was good.

Staff were excellent. Room although clean was crampt. And that's with an upgrade the receptionist told us! Bar / restaurant were very nice and staff again were so helpful and polite.

Staff were good but they obviously needed more staff. There was no one to man the bar. It was a beautiful bar and we were very disappointed that we could not have a quiet drink before bed after going to a show in Darling Harbour. We were then surprised that our room did not have towels and that we had to go down to reception to get them because the young lady was alone and could not leave reception. It should be a great spot just a few things to fix.

The staff were amazing and provided the boutique hotel experience with easy and early check in and lots of lovely little chats. The restaurant Mister Percy was so cosy and the food was lovely. We used this area for meeting with other members of the family staying in the hotel as we had all chosen the shoebox rooms.

It was my first stay. The awesome decor, great location (walking distance to Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay and Barangaroo). Complimentary mini bar (non alcoholic) & complimentary lollies near reception!! It was so clean and stylish. Lots of lighting options. Clean, large bathroom and comfy bed.

Walking access is a little difficult - as the convention centre routes were closed and i did wander around lost trying to get back on my first evening.

There was very little not to like-the duvee on the bed was maybe a little to warm for myself but this was not really a major issue as as it is a personal preference-otherwise there were no issues to speak of.

Staff were all very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I had arranged for the hotel to provide a welcome hamper for my wife's birthday, and it was perfect! Location was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the harbour attractions around Pyrmont and Darling Harbour. Vehicle parking(subsidized) was conveniently located across the road from The Woolshed, which was handy The rooms were very quiet and there was very little traffic movement around the hotel.
