It is a little daggy and room was over styled and needed to be more simple but we noticed they have started refurbs.

We loved the location. It was very clean and the pool is amazing!

Carpet was a bit worn and it wasn't straight forward where the reception was located and the fact you had to walk on the road and then under the carpark to get to your unit but it was fine.

Staff were helpful for booking cabs and providing an umbrella and a 1 hour later check-out.

The room was quite dated and not that clean for the price. Room was located at the rear of the property and very noisy very early every morning when the garbage truck was doing its thing.

Could update kitchen equipment. Very little pantry items. Ie provide salt and pepper and some oil and vinegar. Even a welcome pack Apartment bathrooms very tired. Update needed.

Not immediately obvious how to gain entry to hotel reception and parking, which is ‘around the back’’. Some directions at street entrance would be helpful.

I would not describe the accommodation we stayed in as deluxe, as it was very ordinary compared to many places we have stayed in and as previous owners of similar accommodation. There was no wow about the room unfortunately, which I would have expected for a deluxe room. Storage drawers for clothing was lacking. The couch was very uncomfortable as it sagged in the middle and the bed was too soft for us. The room could do with a deep clean as things like the outside of the kettle were dirty as well as dust around the apartment. While it was nice to look out onto Hastings Street, it was noisy at times, but this is not the resorts fault.

The location of the resort was great. Laundry facilities in the room were also great and very convenient with washer, dryer and laundry powder being provided. The initial supply of tea, milk and coffee was greatly appreciated. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. It was great to be able to park our car at the resort for a few hours after we had checked out.

The shower basically next to the bed in the main bedroom, thought it could be possible to wet or splash the bed.

Great location close to retail, restaurants and very close to beach....pool was very clean , I could view the pool from my room...the cleaner was there every morning cleaning the pool. As a lone traveller I was fortunate to have a 2 bedroom room witch gave me plenty of space....The one thing I wasn't sure about was the shower in the main bedroom close to the bed...So I used the bathroom/shower in the second bedroom.

First night we realised room hadn't been cleaned , grit and hairs in sheets which was a bit yuck. Housekeeping brought new linen promptly and unit was cleaned well the next day. After that had a great time.
