Accommodation was extremely tired and desperately needs updating. I stayed here 20 years ago and everything is exactly the same just older. Shower was slippery when getting in. Heating unit noisy. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Whilst parking is unallocated, there should be enough for a car per room. Unfortunately we didn't get back to our room until 11.30 pm on Saturday night and due to the unit visitors parking in the room spaces instead of their unit parking spaces and not parking within the spaces properly (uneven gaps between cars) there was nowhere for us to park and we had to park out on the road, with the car out of sight, which I was not happy with. Also not a lot of sound proofing, could hear cars going past even with doors and windows closed.

Close to the person we were planning to visit. Breakfast that came with room was convenient. Room was clean and spacious.

Amazing size for the room. Biggest I've been for a couple! Great value - with a simple pack Breakfast. Wish my shower screen is as clean! Compliments to the cleaning staff!

Mattresses were a bit too firm. Lawn was a bit long - needed a mow (didn't affect our stay but would have been better for people that utilised the BBQ gazebo area).

Apartments were spacious and super clean. Had all amenities you'd need for a short stay. Great location and reasonably priced.

There was a weird 70s style round tub chair thing. The breakfast was free (great!) but advertised as a continental breakfast which implied some choice and something substantial. It was a packet of cornflakes and a box of juice. Receptionist was not rude, but certainly not friendly.

Room was large as was the bathroom. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable and heater worked quickly.

Good sized room and bathroom. well equipped, comfy bed and big fluffy towels. Staff excellent, really helpful. Everything you might need was provided for a short stay, didn’t need to rush out and buy eg washing up liquid.

Apartment doesn't have a sieve, makes straining the water off rice, pasta, veg etc. very difficult. Bigger bin in the apartment please No door or privacy curtain separating the master bedroom with the living/kitchen area

the cleaners were smoking whilst working and when I went into my room i could smell smoke that had wafted in from them. it was not a good first impression and seeing cleaning staff smoking is also a really terrible look for a business. no one looks at someone smoking and thinks of “cleanliness” so that was pretty gross. the bed wasn’t that comfy but not a big deal I was only there for work.

the room was really spacious and the curtains kept the light out in the morning so it was nice to wake up in a dark room. the spa bath was great! and the couch was surprisingly comfy.

Office opening hours different on every email and communication. 9pm on Booking.com; 8pm over phone; 7pm on phone message. Arrived late and had difficulty getting attention.
