The 2nd bedroom - the bed was very soft, saggy and old. When I took out one of the blankets in the cupboard, quite few hair with it. The 2nd bathroom was also not very clean. The room was quite different from the photos provided.

Location - very convenient. There was a bathtub in the main bedroom. There was enough parking space.

The beds were too soft and not clean. The bathrooms were semi clean but the bottles were all empty and the apartment itself was not clean considering we paid a decent amount for the room for 5 nights.

The location was perfect. Very close to everything in Broadbeach. Staff were super friendly and very helpful!

the furniture was old, scuffed and marked. the lighting in the main room was a bit dim

apartment room was good size and so was the balcony. the kitchen and fridge and freezer and airconditioning were all very good. big bathroom and spa bath was awesome!

The only thing we could fault was that it wasn’t very sound proof to the road noise even though we were up 9 floors.

The location was perfect for us as was the size of the room. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Air conditioning not working though fortunately cool weather and ok without as nice breezes. Safe left in the locked position from the previous tenants. Could do with a few instructions on how to get the TV connected to the packages.

The location was excellent and easy building access from any direction. Easy Tram transport & shopping centres access. Nice pool and spa and utilised both. Well-equipped gymnasium (though not utilised this trip). Nice reception area and all areas clean and tidy. Room comfortable and a nice view from the room balcony and from upper lobby areas near the lifts. Easy parking and helpful staff. Parking extension available for a few hours on exit day.

Couple of things missing in the kitchen. Only one wine glass, no frying pan, no salt or pepper, no chopping board, no bottles drinking water. These are the little things that make a difference to me. Also no instructions about tv not everyone is a tech head.

WE had a room on level 2 which was very noisy with traffic noise. The place was not full but we were still at the bottom. Previously we had been up high and the room and disturbances were no problem

Bathroom had a window to the bedroom which is kinda weird but not my first time in a similar hotel. I would have liked a information book about the hotel and area

Staff were exceedingly helpful to me and went out of their way to assist me. Room met my expectations and had a great view, a walk in shower and full bath.

Air con wasn't working and only one portable air con provided to one bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment so it got quite stuffy. Plus being a cake decorator, the wedding cake needed to be put in the fridge as to warm to be left. Parking was confusing but got there.

we were horrified to find someone else’s toenail clippings on our carpet. overall the unit was not very clean. Ash and hair out on balcony, carpet quite dirty.

my parents stayed in a one bedroom next door to my apartment and they we're missing some kitchen utensils and washing items. washing machine and dryer filters were not cleaned. internet did not work well.

great place to stay, with very spacious 2 bedroom appliance. supermarket and restaurants close by.

Cleanliness. Kitchen utensils not washed properly. Washing machine required good clean i.e. drum & filters. The vacuum cleaner was not emptied. Toilet brushes were horrid! Needs attention to detail e.g. curtains/blinds off tracks. Some TLC & refresh required.
