I did not like the self serve check in. They could improve the check in by having a map available at the desk and better signage to the lift. And rooms.

Lots of hallway noise can be heard from the room, doors shutting and people being loud etc it can be quite disruptive if you’re a light sleeper.

Location was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We booked a room with the sofa bed for our 2 yo to sleep on and when we pulled it out it was not made and there were no sheets in the room. The staff (a younger girl) was fantastic when we called reception and brought sheets up for us very quickly.

It’s happened twice now that some guests feel it necessary to cook in their rooms setting off the fire alarms causing an evacuation communication was poor causing confusion amongst guests we were told to go back to our rooms whilst the pa announcement continued with evacuate The a/c didn’t work and the garbage bin was full from previous guests

I was very embarrassed when I ordered pre dinner drinks and ready to have an evening in your premises but promptly refused service as you don't take cash 😒 really 😑 Anyhow thankfully restaurant in the area was happy to take the $300.00 or so tab in cash

Upper management on first day walking around with air pod in one ear and when I approached desk to ask a question he was too busy to serve me because what he was doing on the computer was more important so he called for the lovely girl Tamu I think her name was to help me. She was so friendly kind and doing a great job. She had helped me check in previously. We requested a king size room and received twin beds she apologized ran around organizing a change of room. He showed no interest whatsoever kept playing on his computer and then retreated to the back office. Breakfast was a shambles. No forks first day had to wait for them to be washed and had to clean our own table as every table had dirty plates from guest before. Had to ask for butter ask for someone to fix pancake machine. Coffee machine splattered hot water on you as you waited. Second day had to again clear our table of plates. No eggs available and when it was filled up they were stone cold ! Bacon and sausages hardly cooked. Watermelon past its use by date looked ready for bin. Really ! The presentation was lovely but that’s where it stopped. That machine was fabulous quick and thank goodness for toast.
