There was dish washer in room. Provided dish washing solution didn’t suit for washing dishes by hand. No cleaning solution for kitchen and kitchen paper. It was hard to clean the kitchen after cooking.

Nice design and very clean. Room facilities were good. I got room upgrade to one-BR which was big. Many restaurants around the apartment. Location was not far from railway. Wifi was so good. Luggage deposit was provided until 8 pm. Cleaning service in room wasn’t available on weekend.

The basin tap - it splashed all over my clothes. Stepping into the bath for a shower - might be tough for people with mobility but I was ok.

Excellent location, the bed was pretty comfy and the doona snuggly. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room other than for showering and sleeping but it was more than suitable. Plenty of food options within a very short walk.

At the risk of sounding like Goldilocks the bed topper was too soft.

Location was fantastic, and the staff at the reception were fantastic, not just helpful, but proactive. They were happy to store my luggage after check out and offered to lend me an umbrella due to the weather forecast.

The view!! It was a brick wall 2m from the window. But on the plus side at least we weren’t overlooked! The fridge was a bit noisy.

The layout was good, open plan but with the bed tucked around the corner. The location was brilliant.

We have stayed there a few/times before but this time the room we had was a bit tired..could definitely do with a refresh. Be aware that Flinders Lane never sleeps. We were on the first floor this time and street restaurant noise goes till late then the rubbish trucks come through from 2am.

Bed was much softer than we are used to. Shower door was dodgy and rather grimy. Water temperature was a little hard to get right in the shower. Tap was wobbly.

She was starting to show her age. The shower leaked a little & the Carpet was starting to wear. Overall this was nothing compared to the positives. We were after accommodation for 3, but the room only slept 2, so a folding bed was provided, which was fine.

The suite was very nice, no shortage of supplies & towels. Had a really nice ‘help yourself’ service over the public holiday. But when we asked for a new bin bag we got a service. Great place will be back. Very central to transport & food. We asked for room for 3 guests and a folding bed was provided.

Though we didn't expect the housekeeping to be intensive each day, it would have been nice for the basics to be done. We were there for 5 nights and only once was anything done. We understand that it is hard to find regular staff but it was a little frustrating as we were in a tennis tournament and fresh towels etc would have been nice.

The location was great with easy access to the train station. The bed was comfortable though a little small and the room was very adequate for what we needed.
