We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaTwo bedroom apartment was very dirty, it had areally bad cooking smell which the cleaners should have smelt. Carpets were dirty, kitchen microwave dirty,rangehood over stove dirty, washing machine agitator was broken so didn't use. One the showers water ran all over the floor. Ashame that just the basic things weren't done I would sack the cleaners, lazy.....
Good location to where we wanted to travel. Staff very helpful that is front office.

AustraliaThe showerhead would fall off and hit you and then smash onto the shower floor. There was a screw missing from the lock on our door, which made it feel unsecured. Additionally, I would suggest purchasing your own toilet paper as the one provided by the accommodation is not up to the mark.
Staff wear extremely friendly. Lovely big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower which smelt and felt beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.

AustraliaThe first room the heater did not work. Then we were moved to another room that had stains on everything, broken soap dishes (sharp edges), we had to ask for more blankets, the TV didn’t work well. The location was on the corner of a very busy street with sirens and cars racing all night.

AustraliaNo biscuits to go with our cups of tea! What sort of hotel does not provide simple biscuits with the tea and coffee and yet charges us $171 for one night!?!!? Pathetic! The bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and hard! NOT HAPPY!!! This kept my partner awake all night and I didn't sleep well either! Shower was ok. Toilet a bit smelly and outdated. No liquid hand soap, only bar soap for handwashing! Not good. There was a human's urine smell in the room so maybe suggest you get carpets cleaned. Car park not secure. I am angry, for a so-called 4-star hotel, this felt more like 2 and half stars!!! For a cost of $171, not good value. Plus an extremely high fee for allowing our service dog to stay with us!! And with a very uncomfortable hard bed AND in a very noisy location!!!! Many cars passed by and kept us awake also, and there was a screaming kid all night in the next room!!!! There should be noise curfews and rules. I requested a quiet room and all we got was a noisy room. Overall, not a good or comfortable stay for the money paid!!! Won't be back! Suggest you drop your star ratings down one notch and provide biscuits! It was mean and scroogey to not provide these and charge a lot for one night. Suggest also you replace ALL springy bouncy horrible mattresses with more comfortable mattresses!!! For 4 stars, this is not good enough. I am extremely annoyed that this caused us a great loss of sleep so it was hard to drive home again all tired!

Australia$200 security apparently not returned 7-10days. Someone's making money. Many dark hairs throughout the bathroom, sticky tiles there and in the kitchen. Metal door/gate slamming in the breeze right thru the night. I think it was next door.

AustraliaThe rooms (or doors exactly) are not very sound-proof, so was a bit annoyed by the noises from next doors and someone talking in the hallway. Not happy about the noise from the main road at night (we were staying in the room near the main road), which woke us up multiple times at night by cars driving past. Free wifi coverage was good, BUT Internet connection frequently dropped off (even full wifi signal was showing on our devices), so might need upgrade the network device. Hot water system is not easy to be adjusted a proper temperature, either too hot or too cold.

AustraliaWifi was the worst while staying in Melbourne. I am staying a lot place nearly every weeks. this hotel is THE WORST in Melbourne for my experience. I wanted to cancel from first day. I managed to check my email, but no way to see Youtube(no way) I was trying to write a bad review on Google but it tooks 10 mins to get the page then my laptop was frozen. lucky I couldn't write a bad review. I will never stay never ever. this is the worst hotel.
