The fire alarm sensor light was a bit bright when flashing at night.

My room on the second top floor had a wonderful view to the Story Bridge and River. There were some minor issues as the TV did not work as the sensor was missing and the shower holder was loose hence kept falling down

Not happy with the parking place. Which is a bit far from the hotel. If it's raining a bit hard.Other thing if ur open window first vision goes to swimming pool. That's bit annoying.. The carpet needs to be updated..

Some facilities like the pool required maintenance and the spa was closed (empty) which was disappointing. Also, the sauna was separate (male and female only) so my husband and I couldn't relax together.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. This trip was a surprise get away for my husband's birthday and it was made extra special by the staff delivering a special treat to our room on arrival. The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the Brisbane River. The buffet breakfast and 11am checkout made the stay even better.

Went for a shower at 12am and the water was cold 😩

The breakfast was wonderful Fresh and lots to choose from and the coffee machine made great coffee

Dinner at the steak house La Boca - don’t eat there. The “tira de Asado” tasted like boiled before put on the BBQ.

Few issues with no hot water running in the bath (shower fine) and perhaps the building needs updating a little

We had excellent views in our corner unit. I love the atmosphere in the lobby. Also the staff are so helpful and friendly. It is such a great location allowing for easy access to the botanical gardens and to the Brisbane river.

The room was nice and clean as always. We have stayed at the Stamford plaza Brisbane on 4 occasions now. Facilities are ok but every time we stay we feel the standard is slipping each time. Stickers stuck on the elevators that are not cleaned off. The biggest problem is the pool area. The sunbeds are just unacceptable. Rotten and rusted. It would literally cost about 1000 dollars to go buy some decent sunbeds. The pool and gym are just an afterthought, and this is not good enough for a so called 5 star resort. We always want to go by the pool and this time was a real let down.

The housekeeping was disappointing in that they didn't replenish water, tea and coffee supplies. Some things are a little tired,... like the lamp shades

The decor was a bit outdated.

The location was amazing and handy to walk everywhere in the city on both sides of the river. It's lovely to stroll through the Botanical Gardens. The staff were very happy to assist us.

Bed was very soft- needed replacing. The room was a bit dated but very comfortable

The staff at the front desk were very nice and organised a plate to be sent to our room for our anniversary - our room had a view of the river and a lovely big bath and TV in the bathroom
