Ive stayed here before I love the location. Its not far from mooloolabah and cotton tree beautiful beach across the road, with a tiny walk to maroochydore surf club with safe swim zone. Also Alex surf club walking distance.

Main shower wasn't clean, had hair on the shower floor. I thought I was getting a front on sea view, not side on. No sea view whilst in bed with morning coffee.

Staff were exceptional. Amenities were great.

We were informed that the room was newly painted and the smell was still way to overpowering even after having doors and windows open for 3 days.

No idea how to work the oven. All the options when turning the buttons on were all faded and no existent, so had no idea if you're using grill or fan forced etc. same with the temperature. What ever I tried seemed to be mostly the grill and what I tried cooking kept burning :( .

The reception lady that was there when we checked in was absolutely lovely. I don't think I've been somewhere before and felt so comfortable and welcomed. It felt like we knew her but we didn't. absolutely wonderful!! We also liked that there were food places on the same block.

No insect screening on doors to balcony, no cold water for washing machine, balcony furniture old and not comfortable, no seat cushions. Quite a lot of traffic noise.

Great views, spacious, comfortable furniture and bedding. Good inclusions in kitchen. Nice pool area. Great location for beach access. Good secure parking

the whole place was very dated and in need of a decor revamp, felt very 80-90’s We also stayed at Peppers in Noosa for the same price (actually cheaper by 10 bucks!) with breakfast included and it was next level in comparison. This place we booked with breakfast included and there was not even a cafe on site and they blamed booking.com and we didn’t get any money back for it. Not great value for money and charging noosa 5 star prices.

The price goes up quite considerably if you book over the weekend. My apartment ended up having problems with the WIFI connection, which meant the 2 TVs didn't work - which wasn't a big deal for me as I had my laptop and own WIFI, but someone else may have found this annoying. However, when I came back to my room in the evening after being at a conference, they did offer me another room on a different floor to watch TV, but I was too tired to bother so they gave me some lovely bath salts to soak in the spa in my bathroom and a bottle of sparkling and caramel popcorn, which was really nice. Would much rather have been offered a discount but they did try to make it up to me and were very friendly and helpful for the 4 days I was there. So, to be fair, it wasn't something that "ruined" my stay - but like I said, someone else (particularly with kids or sports nuts) may have been annoyed with not having TV to watch in the evening.

The apartment I had was an "ocean view" room and it did not disappoint. Spectacular view from a very spacious balcony and a very spacious apartment. I had a 2-bedroom apartment, which was all they had left when I booked, so it was bigger than I needed, but felt like such a luxurious space with excellent facilities. The location was very close to good restaurants and cafes (definitely visit Cafe Venice on the ground floor outside on Aerodrome Road as they did the best coffee and eggs benny), the beach is about 250m walk and close to Aldi supermarket.
