We had the reservation for 2 days, but when arrived, in reception sed, than they do not have the free rooms, and we will be moved to Hilton hotel for firs night. They show the direction, how we can ger to Hilton. It was about 5 mins, but when we came to Hilton, the staff sed, than the Hilton do not have our reservation. We came back to Dinamo, they told, that they made the reservation, and we have again go to Hilton. When we came in Hilton, staff told wait about half hour and after that they accomondated us for first night. For second night we came back to Dinamo, they gave for us upgraded room😊

There've been some weird issues with charging my card (actually, 4 different cards). It wasn't nice getting a night message from the receptionist, 24 hours before our arrival, that the booking was canceled, even though we had enough time to update the cards. In the end, the problem was not even on my side. The issue got solved by the hotel manager and my friends in Baku, but if you're a 5 star hotel, the situation initially should have been solved differently. Don't stress out your customers.

The hotel is truly unique and has an outstanding and well-thought-out design. It's a 2-minute walk from the promenade. There are great restaurants nearby—MariVanna, Anadolu, Vivo Baklava, and more. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, no matter where—at the bar, during breakfast, at the spa, and just in general. They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

We were very satisfied and there was nothing that we thought could be improved.

This stay was one of the best experiences that we ever had. Everything from the service to the quality of facilities is absolutely fabulous. The hotel offers new, state-of-the-art facilities, clean rooms and hallways, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff, great location, and amazing service. The hotel is totally worth its price. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony we had on the top floor was great. Every single personnel member is welcoming and friendly, in particular we interacted frequently with Nuriya, Teymur, Orkhan, and Elvin, and all of them provided wonderful service. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. All of the little issues that arised were solved promptly and without any fuss. This hotel is marvelous and we really enjoyed our stay here.

There was a smell from a shower in certain time of a day, but not too bowering.

Location: close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping area. There is a sauna, hairdresser, ATM is nearby. Good breakfast. Good size of a room with balcony. Electro-movable curtains, heating floor in the toilet and bathroom (there are shower and bathtub).

All the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was in excellent condition having been recently refurbished. Location meant everything within walking distance. Breakfast was abundant. I was really happy to have chosen to stay at Dinamo hotel

Everything was great, however I think the breakfast could be better.

Extremely friendly staff. They were very polite and welcoming. The room was very large with nice furniture and comfortable bed. The location was perfect with the boulevard at a 2-minutes walking distance and Nizami street 12-minutes away.

This hotel is one of the fewest hotels that really have a good experience staying in. I stayed in many hotels in Baku and Dinamo Hotel surely is the best one in the city. A luxurious experience with friendly and helpful staff. I loved the story of the hotel and how they turn it into a hotel with keeping the feelings of its history. First night was horrible. Room was far from 5 star hotel standards. I'll let the pictures and video speak as proof. I tried talking to management to get a cleaner room. But they mentioned everything is fully booked. Even though the staff told me I was able to upgrade to a presidential room. Room was 205, and here are the issues I faced. 1. It smelt like an ashtray. 2. Carpet was stained everywhere. 3. Tables were dirty unclean. 4. We requested twin beds. Workers came later to change king bed to twin beds. 5. Staff forgot to put blankets when making the bed. 6. Room had many bugs and mosquitoes. 7. The bathroom ceiling was full of mold. 8. Bathroom door was broken. 9. Walls had nose buggers The staff promised to change my room the day after. It was much smaller it also had issues but i was already disappointed... anything was better than room 205 Management also treated one of the guest to a 1 hour spa. Also they dropped us to airport for free. Still i was not satisfied as i payed for a 5 star experience. I recieved a 1 star experience. Theres the hilton next door i honestly recommend that to this hotel. I have videos which i am unable to upload on booking.com
