We really love everything. Clean, warm, comfortable room. Nice breakfast, helpful stuff. Especially one hotel maid - Jalia (if I wrote correctly), she was so kind-hearted and responsive. She made our mornings sunnier even when it was cloudy outside. We felt like visiting close relatives. And of course we are in love with Baku! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly. Specially Mr. Elvin who helped us order a Taxi. The breakfast is good, I had to leave early for the Airport so the staff accommodated an early breakfast.

The worst thing I hate about this hotel was no delivery option to the room, when your order something u should go to lobby and take it. The room wasn't sound proof, u can hear anything next door. But if the next room don't have child, ur good😅 If its in winter and its cold, sometimes the room is got cold. The windows were terrible for sound proof and also ways so much air comming trough closed window. One time extreme wind opened the windows. But not a big deal, it was good enough. Sometimes WiFi not working. But again no big deal. When u go to room for first time is good clean, but when u call for room clean, they didn't clean good. But again not that bad. Also I didn't like the neighbourhood.

I stayed there for 25 days, overall everything was not bad. The room was clean, the area was quiet. The water flow was good and hit. The Internet was high speed and good. There was 3 staff, in lobby in reception. 2 of them very nice and helpful. Really the best. Shame I forgot tip them. But one of them very bad. Also there is a mall nearby called deniz, 10 minute walk. Also there is great market nearby 2 minute walk. If u can't find better offer at this price, this is best option

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.

A small new hotel just in a 10min walk from the Baku promenade. The room looked new and really clean, the bathroom was also clean and comfortable to use. Really comfy and big bed. Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and ready to help. Value for money.

Breakfast is good. Manager Fahri at reception is very friendly and open to solve any problems during staying. Location of hotel is great, very calm. Nearby clean food store Gourme Rahmat with good choice. For sea ebankment is around 10-15 minuties by walking. The bed in room is beyond praise, you can sleep well, as well the clean linens and pillows. Manager Fahri respect and big thanks.

Nothing Just a suggestion for travelers that whenever you booked just coordinate with hotel management as per your requirements

Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern amenities.. we stayed 3 nights and booked superior suites with balcony but at the time of checking they don't have available room with balcony but after 1 night staff offered us so staff was cooperative too.. location is nice with very peaceful surroundings.. Decent restaurants, supermarket at walking distance Overall good experience 😌

A small incident occured which was informing our room number to one of the family who was also staying in the hotel. We felt invasion of our privacy. In cases like these, a call would have been preferred or asking us to come to the lobby to speak to them rather than just telling the room number without our permission.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The staff was quite helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with fair amount of selection. The hotel was right across Baku Boulevard and near to Deniz Mall. It use to take 30 minutes walk to reach Nizami. There were also a few local restaurants nearby along with markets and pharmacies.
