We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy room #111 showed age. Shower flooded the bathroom. No exhaust or heater fan to assist drying. Daily had to request additional towels.
Good walking access to beaches and restaurants. Also Massy’s market nearby. Pool and restaurant on premises is a big plus. Small kitchen for simple meals. Daily room cleaning.

United KingdomThe attitude of the young man at check-in the following morning.
This is a basic hotel however the room and public area were very clean. We were not expecting to stay at a hotel but due to Covid protocols we had to book a hotel until our Covid test results were returned. This was done within 24 hours so we needed only to spend one night. The location of the hotel is great although we couldn't take advantage of this as we had to isolate. The breakfast (included in price) and lunch (extra) were outstanding. Also the garden is extensive, well kept and very lovely. Perfect for photos and selfies. The staff member who checked us in when we arrived was friendly and helpful. The staff member the following morning much less so. However the young woman who was on her own serving breakfast was friendly and efficient, even though she must have been under a lot of pressure due to staff shortage. I recommend this hotel.

United StatesI think the hotel is in need of an update. The outside doors need to be replaced and/or sealed a little better so that "critters" can't come in (like the roughly 2" one that was scurrying in the bathroom). The amount of money that I paid for the 2 nights I stayed there however was a little much in my opinion compared to other places in Barbados with similar amenities. Given the choice, I would NOT stay there again.
I stayed in a room that was ok and that was accurately described. The kitchen was ok, the bed was comfortable, the included breakfast was ok, and every person that I encountered was as nice as can be. The room was clean and is in a nice location when looking for a place to eat.

United StatesThe restaurant manager was a rude. I made a reservation at breakfast and she complained and told me I did not.. then forced me to to go to my room for a menu even thought I told her none was provided. I had to go to the front desk the staff there was awesome and provided me with a menu. Got back to the table and my guests, then she provided menus for everyone -_-. but still had attitude I asked her if she want us to leave.. she said no.. but my mood was already soured at that point.
nice quiet location off the main road and has quick access to the beach and restaurants.

CanadaJust needs 2 or 3 ply tp. A silly thing but... The hot water is a little lacking.
The location is set back from the busy road, so the place is very quiet. The grounds are just lovely! The pool area is perfectly surrounded by flowers and palms. The restaurant and bar are right beside the pool with a open floor plan. No doors or walls blocking the pool view. The food! FABULOUS! We wished we knew about it sooner. Great pricing and an amazing cook! The included breakfast was awesome as well with Great choices. ( get the Caribbean scrambled). The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy. The beach is right across the road. Get a suite and you will not regret it!
