It was a shared facility hotel with Ibis only the rooms were slightly larger. Book with Ibis if you want a cheaper rate.

Clean modern building with easy walking access to central town or public bus nearby. Good Breakfast but expensive.

The room was not prepared for 4 people but just for two. I am still waiting for the deposit (100 euros).

Wifi is a bit weak, sometimes breaks off.Room is a bit small. The table is wobbly. Charges €2 per luggage locker. One locker will fit a 30 inch suitcase or a 28 inch plus a bag. Will spend a lot of money if you travel as a family. €100 deposit is a bit much.

Mini kitchen is very useful. There's a shower cubicle so no water splashes out. Staff are friendly. If you pay the deposit in cash you can get it back straight away when you check out.

Brilliant property just by the station, allowing us to travel as much as we wanted! Just outside of Gent but a short walk to the centre, meaning we were able to see all the sights! Lovely, spacious room for two with all the amenities needed. Brilliant bar and food, with lovely and friendly staff

The four of us stayed in one room, one of the beds was a couch the other you could pull down from the wall, we had to make our beds, everyone was is the same small room. I find the price for this very expensive

The bathroom shower area a bit choking. So will cause the shower and washroom flooded if you on the shower with strong water flow.

We arrived an hour before check in time and thought the room was ready, having the keys would have cost us €20. So we sat in reception killing time. This didn’t happen at Adagio Brussels Europa! The hotel was close to a main line station which was useful eg for a trip to Bruges.

Housekeeping is done only once a week (if your stay is more than 7 days), it should be done at least within 2-3 days. Everything else was great!

It was my first solo trip and I'm glad I chose Adagio as my stay for 2 weeks. The location is at walkable distance (2 kms) from the city center and all the touristy places. Neighborhood feels safe. The common area downstairs is always lively and they also have snacks for sale over there. The service is incomparable. There is also a small kitchenet in the room with microwave, hot plate, required pans etc, sink & dishwasher! 24*7 hot water at all points. Whenever I had any issue, it was resolved immediately. Restaurant has aesthetic ambience and lots of food options. Would definitely be staying here again when I visit Ghent!

The position by the railway and road was not great when you wanted to open the window instead of air-conditioning. I could also not figure out how to switch on air vent in the bathroom or if there even was any

The apartments were very clean,comfortably equipped and stylish. Internet connection was great,the staff was very helpful and friendly. On top of that I have to really appreciate that the rooms were greatly isolated in terms of sound. I did not hear any of the other guests. Also the cyclimg route is right behind the building so you can start your bike ride or a run right under your room’s window.

Breakfast was expensive. Food was generally tasty but not a huge selection.

Room was really spacious, clean and felt new. Bed was big and comfy. Shower was excellent. Hotel had loads of parking and facilities. Always plenty of staff available at reception and very friendly.

A couple of extra options at the breakfast buffet for example beef/chicken suagages. The kitchen was closed most of the days due to staff shortage.

Parking was challenging as the hotel car park was fully booked. Parked accross the road on meters.
