No thing that we didn't like, but there is always place for improvement. Bedside lamps could be more functional and maybe some hotel slippers would be good for passengers who travel only with backpack.

Very good location and great hotel for very good price. Would surely recommend it to everyone who wants to explore Brussels. Very nice staff and very clean room. Great place for breakfast neer it (Les Brothers).

There was no paint in the rooms and corridors of the hotel, it was like under construction, it was necessary to go to another building for the elevator, and it was necessary to make a reservation one day in advance for breakfast.. There was not enough light, the rooms were dark, the window did not open.. it was a horrible experience.

The room was not equipped as described: There was no Mini bar ,and the safety box did NOT work. Then I explained the issue tot he staff,and i asked them if they can help me, and if they can hurry because am exhausted after a long trip, and needed to rest and later have important issues to do. after 30 minutes , there was no support. I called reception, no one answers. went back down to reception to tell them, they said they FORGOT. then I asked them again to please hurry because i need the safety box to work, and I need the mini bar, because I need to put a product in it and keep it cold. again, I waited 30 minutes, and no answer. I called again, they said they were busy, and that they will come soon, then after another 15 minutes, someone came, and tried to fix the safetybox, and I explained that also I need the mini Bar. so he left again to check availability of a room that doesn't have missing equipment. So While I was there dead tired, I had to wait for the unprofessional staff 2 hours to eventually get a room around 5 pm. while I needed those wasted 2 hours the most to get some rest. Then, the sheets were dirty and they just flip them so the guest doesn't see that they are dirty.

No kettle for a warm cup of tea at night after all those walking & travelling? Also, water doesn't drain in the bathroom due to uneven flooring, so it just pooled in the bathroom like flood within 5 minutes of showering. Just too funny we had to use the floor mat like a squeegee to direct the water to the drain. Definitely cant hold up if you spend 20minutes showering!

Staff were very friendly - 24-hour manned counter which is very convenient for late check-ins or any issues. We requested luggage storage before checking in, which they kindly accommodated. Amazing. Location: near to tram & bus stops (200m) which could take you everywhere with just few transfers! Lidl (supermarket) nearby. There's elevator so no climbing stairs with luggages! Room has tilt-and-turn window, TV, shower gel/shampoo, towels.

- Very small & less than basic room (opted for standard room which costed me 166 Euros) - No proper lights and ventilation in the room (thankfully, the staff gave us a little table fan so that we can sleep) - Leaky washroom - Poor entrance and overall less than average property - 9 Euro breakfast is a scam, there was just a table lying near reception with coffee machine, some croissants, museli, breads jam & butter - That's it! Don't expect a spread.. Additionally, we reached the hotel at 9 am but we were meant to wait until 2 pm and then we were allocated a room. My husband & I sat on a wooden chair (no sofas at the reception) for nearly 6 hours before we got into that (store)room. :(

The staff was really rude. The woman at the front desk kept on being really shortcut with her answers as if she didn't have any time and being snide. The window didn't fully close and the faucet at the sink was broken so every time I used the sink the water splashed all around the bathroom. The room was really really warm.

Our room was very clean and spacy. The bed was one of the best we have ever slept in, very big and comfy. We didn't have to travel by tram or bus because the location was very close to the international train station and all the sightseeings.

The receptionist lady was rude, there was a pint smell in the room and instead of giving me a new room she got upset because I touched the room. There is no A/C impossible to sleep in hot summer day noisy street

This should not be called a Hotel. I know it is quite economic, but rooms are much better on photos, no air conditioning, towels were dirty and damaged, cusions were very not comfortable. Personel dont care much: we reporter damaged towels and the answers that it is not their problem but the cleaning company. I felt more like in student hostel. I do not recommend this place, better to spent more mamy if You need to rest here.

Our room was not cleaned so they assigned us to another room that had not been used for some time. The bathroom smelled of sewers since the water had not been used, the air ventilation did not work making the air hot and heavy, and the ceiling lights were not working.

I was not able to get rooms on the same floor. My family and i were not able to sleep properly as it was too noisy at night. Also no door for toilet and bathroom. Windows were a bit of trouble to open.

There is no air conditioning at the property and on a 33 degree day in a room where you can only open the windows a crack it is unbearable. We cancelled and sought alternate accomodation even though it meant loosing the full about paid. Hotel is also very basic and not aesthetically pleasing.

The upper floor with the terrace was not very clean. The staff were a bit indifferent.

The location was only a 10 minute walk from the sights. The room was comfortable and quiet. We liked the social and environmental mission statement of the hotel.
