Checkout time at Booking app and via message wigh Hotel manager was different

no clear instructions for checkin in and got a wrong passcode for the key and no info about the prepaid garage, beforehand, Luckily someone living there knew how to get into the garage and it's code ;)

I had a problem with picking up my keys both nights, both separate bookings , i tried both sides of the road, and in both safes there were no keys in an envelope with my name 🙃 I obviously called the number on the booking confirmation emails but a got a message service Still not able to get somebody to help I just took a envelope with another name on it and checked myself in ! The guy called me the next day complaining about this ! What was i supposed to do? Sleep on the street ?

A bit noisy on the hallway For returning the key there was a separate safe, but I was not given the code, so I ended up just putting it in the check in safe

There was only one towel per person given so no towel to dry the dishes in the kitchen or no towels in the bathroom for hands/feet. There was also no drying rack for dishes in the kitchen and no shower curtain in the shower so without any towels both places got wet rather easily.

Location was very central and close to the train station. Flat was clean and bright.

The wifi signal was a bit too slow in my opinion. The apartment is rented with a kitchen but then when you enter there are messages to "avoid using the kitchen" to "save gas because of the prices of the gas". Room was REALLY COLD - "saving gas again". I did not like the temperature of the room at night. I felt cold even sleeping with clothes under the duvets. So if it was not a winter I would appreciate more my stay.

Collecting the keys were easy, just needed to follow the instructions received. The room size was very good, they gave me an upgrade so I got the room bigger than I paid for.

For some reason the apparments and the street have a lot of movement during the night. A lot of people coming in and out, with loud music and the walls doesn't help a lot, it does not have good isolation.

The apartment was new and clean, everything was in good conditions (wine glasses, plates, cups, towels) It is close from the train station.

In my point of view, everything seems pretty good to me.

The location was very good, close to the bus station, and shops as well.

The room is in the first floor and the street gets very noisy at night. Also returning in the evening was very unpleasant and felt unsafe. The room wasn't very clean, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We only got one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, which wasn't enough. It is impossible to shower without water running out of the shower cubicle, but there was nothing to dry the floor. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes, and there is no place for hanging wet towels.

The room was big enough and the kitchenette was very helpful.

Location close to the city centre. Nice warm shower and separate kitchen with microwave and furnace.

access code was changed without letting us know so we were locked out of the building in the middle of the night! water was leaking from the shower and from the sink as well. the neighborhood wasnt so nice as it was extremely loud at nights

Employee walked into our room without informing us. The bathroom seat was broken. The neighbor- hood was really scary.
