In our floor had some kids and they would run and scream at the hallway, very early !

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was good and safe. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay there again.

Some minor maintenance issues in room needed attention (safe not working and squeaky bathroom door) Room air con controller did I not adjust temperature. Restaurant staff at breakfast could have been a little more friendly.

Great location in an area closes to many restaurants and historic buildings. Reception staff were very helpful.

The door of the WC cannot close properly. The shower room was dark (no light in it) but the rest of the bathroom was bright therefore didn’t affect the function.

The suite was spacious and good for 3 or 4 guests sharing. There was a sliding door in between the bedroom and sofa bed to give some privacy during sleep time. The additional WC/toilet was helpful. The location was away from the busy The Grand Place area but yet walkable to all tourists spots and many restaurants/cafes.

Everything was fine. Maybe a couple of extras Nespresso capsules - 3 is too little for 2 people.

The location, the horizon, the huge bed and it’s good mattress, the quality of the linen, the breakfast (also the flower that came with it), the fridge with the generous choice — everything! Also, having the Vieux Saint Martin and Chez Richard across the square is a big advantage.

We had requested early check in. Not only were they not able to accommodate that but it was 2hours LATER than there scheduled check in time. The only thing they offered us was free drinks from the mini-bar.

Rooms were very nice. Air conditioning was great. Most of the staff was helpful, there was 1 who we did not like. Room service was good!

The room was spacious and beautiful with a nice view to the cathedral. The staff was extraordinary helpful. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary and the staff supported me in such a nice way to make the day very special.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, in a lovely neighborhood with restaurants and lots of coffee shops. It takes only about ten minutes by foot to reach the Grand Place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was excellent. Clearly a first class operation. Nicola in guest relations was the absolute best. She deserves a raise and should be running the place by the next time we visit. She answered every question and gave us great suggestions!

Staff were helpful on arrival. My room was a good size, nice and quiet and I had a good nights sleep. The selection at breakfast was very good. Everything was clean, tidy and professional. The location for me was good, near to Brussels Central for the trains with Metro and trams very close by.
