You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyWe had a great 5 nights stay in the lovely family owned B&B. We where warmly welcomed by Veronique and felt like home instantly. We liked the quiet and beautiful decorated house and garden with country and modern elements. The rooms are beautiful, clean an very detailed with unique furniture and a cute little terrace. It's the perfect place for calming down an relaxation. The breakfast was awesome! Veronique offers a range of fresh bread, croissants, fresh selfmade juice, fruits, home made marmelade, the best granola, cakes and everything you wish for. She also prepared vegan options for us. We are absolutely happy with our choice and can recommend this wonderful place when you want to visit Brugge, Gent and the Belgian Coast. All destinations can be reached by highway within 30 minutes. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back!

NetherlandsWe could not adjust ourselves the heating in the room, but it was quite warm when we visited, so not really an issue. The toilet could not flash properly the first morning but after that it was fixed. It had some mosquitos when you were opening the balcony door so again not an issue (we didn't really sit outside) but maybe during summer it is.
The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very large and had amazing heating. The breakfast was perfect. Fresh bread, ham, cheese, different variety every day, croissants, fresh apple juice and nice coffee. We were leaving the breakfast room very full every morning. The area is very quiet and dark in the night but you are in the nature which is really nice if you come from a big city. If it was worse weather, the fireplace in the breakfast room would have been nice to have an relax there, but weather was quite warm when we visited. Parking was available and good wifi. The host was very kind.

NetherlandsThe service wasn’t really good, it felt like we annoyed the owner since we arrived instead of being welcomed in the house. For this kind of stays it’s important for us to have someone kind … we couldn’t even say goodbye because she was gone not to meet us out.
Nice place in the outskirts of Brugge. The bedroom is spacious and the bed is fantastic. Breakfast is also quite nice!
