The hotel parking was full, the street parking was full too, so I had to go to the suggested parking in at EUR 27 per night, 15+ min away to go back by foot. The pillows could have been better/softer or to have a choice of pillows.

The breakfast was not very pleasant. Not a great variety and, what was more disappointing, things were not refilled although it was just half through the breakfast serving time. No mugs, no plates and utensils, no butter... seemed to be short on staff or not really caring. Parking was a ten to fifteen minute walk to a public garage.

The room was great for a weekend. It had a balcony and the interior design was well thought through.

The rooms were spacious, super comfortable beds, and rooms had a lovely terrace where you could sit and enjoy a coffee. Pretty lobby and helpful staff. Neighborhood was quiet, a little low key from other restaurants / activities, but certainly in walking distance. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Reasonably priced parking a bonus, too.

I am an experienced traveller. Firstly, we were in luck cause the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a big apartment situated adjecent to the hotel. Great upgrade. Useful; it's perfectly located close to the central station walking distance to (the start of) the shopping streets. Next, you can make use of the hotel parkings at close proximity for a very reasonable price. The hotel offers the comfort and luxury up to my demands and staff is professional. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but my guess is, it's up to standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

Filming at hotel during our stay was a bit restrictive.

Food. And the houskeeping service. Housekeeping person forgot to put bedsheet..I called the reception for bedsheet in midnight and lady over reception came with sheets to help. I showed here that there was just a mattress cover and a quilt over it..no bed sheets. Also that person kept coffee mugs in bathroom and also didn't kept waterbottle and coffee for next day

Room was clean, comfortable. Neighborhood was amazing...peacful and clean. Location was good... around 1 km away from railway station and very close to tram station.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking but none was available even though I was there before the official checkin time of 3pm. There is not really anything around the hotel, no cafes, etc.. It’s a 25 minute walk into town and some people might not be comfortable walking back after dark. There doesn’t seem to be any public transport convenient to the hotel. The only issue about the room that I had was that, for a tall person, the toilet was very small but that was a minor issue as otherwise the room was excellent.

For some reason I got a room upgrade and was very impressed by my room, spacious, a wardrobe area, desk area, balcony and an excellent bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The room was well above average. Able to check in online before arrival. I didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the breakfast.

Very pleasant stay. I had a rooftop room with a nice terrace, with a view of the historic train station. The staff was professional and nice. It was clean and comfortable. Very much recommended.

Lights were hard to figure out - there were too many switches. We all need darkness for a good sleep and lights were a big problem.

It was said in the hotel website that the hotel have parking. In fact when I arrived in the hotel, no parking space was available. This should be clarifies in the hotel rules regarding parking.

well bathroom, its baths is not really well equipped...meaning bath is not well sealed (looks a bit ugly), and water tap if you are in tube well not at right place, breakfast bellow average for this type of hotels.

We got a free upgrade to a delux double room. The room was spacious and so nice. We had a bath and a shower.

A bit further from places to eat and central Antwerp than expected but close to tram / bus stops.

Really spacious room with plenty of light. Could hear birdsong in the morning, despite being in quite a built up area which was lovely. Staff were helpful and professional. Plenty of guest seating downstairs. Breakfast offered a good variety and quality of food and drinks.
