I didn’t think the reception staff were very friendly. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day and I had asked for a birthday package for my mum and sent this email to the wrong email address but instead of helping the hotel were fairly rude about it. It was a nice hotel but for the amount you paid it was not worth it. It was also far out from the city centre so you had to constantly pay extras for the metro or taxis. I probably wouldn’t stay there again given the expense.

It was not always easy to find your way around the hotel. Had to search for the pool and there were no lockers available, even though no one was in the pool.

The hotel is easily accessible and ideal as a base for meetings in and around zaventem. The staff is friendly and everything is tidy.

Breakfast was more then okay. There was a lots of dust in the rooms, especially behind the bedside table. The comfort in the rooms was ok. The waiting time for the drinks in the bar was very long.

Room cleanliness was not perfect. A hair on the bed and again in the shower. If you don't want to spend 25€ for the hotel parking, the street option is not quite easy (very busy on a Saturday night although in the middle of nowhere)

Breakfast and pool were perfect. Great and large, both salted and sugary fresh choices for breakfast. Pool is large and nice. Just make sure to book a room on the same elevator shaft than the pool entrance (not to have to cross the hotel lobby in your bathrobe)

Locations is very convenient, close to the airport, but the hotel lacks curb appeal despite the windmall immediately opposite. Metro is ~7 minutes walk away and then you are jn the center of Brussels in no time.

Great hotel, very modern. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Pool and fitness area were to class. Staff were extremely helpful.Breakfast was also very nice, lots of options.

the worst problem was the shower water pressure- it is impossible to take a shower as it trickles out so slowly. additionally when we arrived it had been leaking leaving the bath mat absolutely soaked. the toilet continued to refill with water all day and all night. staff were not friendly. it is very hard to get to the centre of Brussels or in fact anywhere from this hotel. there is no where to eat nearby an the hotel charges £25 for just a soup- extremely overpriced! the metro near the hotel only takes the Belgium equivalent of the Oyster card. which obviously tourists do not have. there is no other way to pay- so the metro from the hotel is unusable for tourists but the hotel staff still suggest it knowing this. you have to take two buses to get to the centre or there is the option of hiring a moped. guests should note you need to pay the same amount that your booking is again as a deposit. not entirely sure why as there are no extras for you to pay for- there is nothing in the mini bar etc. understand they need to hold it for damages etc but very steep. if you want to staying in/around Brussels I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The beds are hard. Not the comfy fluffy ones I’m used to. The room was also smaller than I expected. The swimming pool was very cold. Also the distance to the city center was a bummer. There’s a lot of traffic, mainly cause police do routine stops in the middle of the road. Which made it harder to get to the city. Bummer.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The entrance is very welcoming and it’s absolutely serene. They have scents that ease the mind. I loved that there was a sauna. The breakfast was okay. Good enough variety. The staff is also friendly.

As nice as the breakfast was, €30 is rather over the top. Parking was similarly over-priced for the location. Everything was still very quiet due to COVID and the bar being closed definitely takes away from the ambience of the place.

Lovely hotel, good food, nice facilities, decent location, very clean. It was a massive relief to check in here after what had been an horrendous day getting there.
