Though I have stayed here many times, this stay the room allotted to me was not very clean or the carpet needed a shampoo. Also compared to other rooms this room had very small washroom

The property has cosy feeling, rooms are nice, the best part is the roof top restaurant, their breakfast is good and staff is very welcoming. Since this property is located close to mountains, getting cab to city becomes difficult sometimes

Far out of the city is not a big issue, but due to a stupid policy from the excursion company I had to get into the city centre for 9am and missed my trip to Plovdiv. The hotel were not helpful about excursions, but ridiculous that I had to go 15km to get a bus, when the Plovdiv highway was about 3km from the hotel. Crazy

Very polite and friendly staff, restaurant with spectacular views, clean and very quiet rooms. Breakfast was not a buffet, but a menu with several choices, which is fine. I ordered an omlet, which was very tasty, but prepared with excessive quantity of oil, it was hard to eat. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay.

Very nice hotel located in the mountain part of Sofia. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had dinner there - very nice food, cooked wright on the terrace. We had a lovely stay!

Friendly and helpful staff (suitcase was brought to room). We got a room upgrade! We were welcomed with fresh lemonade and slices of cake. We ate delicious food in the evening in the outdoor poolside restaurant. Drinks in the bar not expensive by European standards. Breakfast is not a buffet, but sufficiently extensive and delicious (and you get a phenomenal view of Sofia with it). Ideal location for when you have to take the rental car to the airport the day after.

The hotel is very good having big rooms and comfortable beds, the staff is friendly and the parking place is safe and is free.The restaurant of the hotel is excellent and having tasty food and wines. The wi-fi is very good.
